Property was under construction so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub available but staff let us enjoy Ellington’s pool and putt putt course. Rooms were really clean and exceptional. Overall great price and location.

the view from the balcony was wonderful...the location was wonderful...the kitchen was wonderful...the bathrooms were wonderful...the beds were very comfortable...the rooms were large...the unit was clean...the beach was clean and beautiful...close to shopping stores and Kroger!

the old furniture in the living room and bedrooms...the living room and bedroom curtains were old (looks like they did when we stayed there years ago)...one area of the parking lot "held" water (poor drainage)...it rained quite a bit and the balcony carpet stayed soppy wet...the wind "howled" quite a bit and we had to call the office to send maintenance for resolution (cudos to the mantenance gentleman for putting insulation around the front door)...the entire building needs new paint...rusty areas need replacing. We have vacationed at Sndpebble several times, each time hoping things woul be "updated" but not the case...maybe next time. Thank you.

Cons: 1. Having to leave the property to put our luggage away somewhere only to be called 45min later to get in the room. If that was the case they could've given us the code when we were at the property. 2. No broom 3. No trashbags 4. Wobbling living room table which had to be moved to let out the sofa bed please fix it or replace it🤦🏿‍♀️🥴‼️ 5. Could use more blankets 6. Sofa bed had crumbs all over it.

Accessibility to the condo was very easy. The space within the condo was very good. The porch balcony was great and right on the beach. All the comforts of home were offered. Great ice maker in fridge.

Really didn’t know about the renovations before arriving and the spraying, hammering and machine beeping first thing in the morning was annoying. couldn’t use the balcony area two mornings due to men in bucket truck outside and power washing. Very wet! Dishwasher door did not fit well. Bathroom outdated and needs additional grab bars for older guests.

My wife and I have vacationed at Sandpebble Beach Club several times in different seasons. Believe me...this time was NO different than the others. We, as ALWAYS, were 101% pleased/satisfied...this includes location, of the establishment, the view from the oceanfront room/balcony, the cleanliness of the ENTIRE room, the many kitchen utensils, the two BEAUTIFUL bedrooms and the three beds, the huge dining room, the three tv's, the easy access to our room, the fast elevator if you choose not to use the two flights of stairs, the great communication and fast response from/with Sandpebble employees, the two accesses from the building to the beach, the closeness of the beach, the closeness of eating/dining restaurants and the many venues of shopping and recreation facilities, the spacious parking lot, the two very clean and spacious bathrooms with Kleenex, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and body wash, the beautiful sunrises directly in front of the room. I tried to include all the superlatives (sorry if I omittrd anything). Honestly, I cannot recall ONE/1 negative about our 8-day 7-night stay. Finally, If you are looking for an IDEAL place to vacation at ANY time of year, do yourself>yourselves a favor and book Sandpebble Beach Club Surfside Beach, South Carolina ASAP. I forgot...it is GREAT for couples AND children. Thank you!!

Absolutely love the property great location very clean. Had everything we needed in the room already a lot of space for the price.

To be honest, the property was great, but I do feel like it’s a little outdated, especially with The luggage carts!! I hated that it did not have a pool or a Jacuzzi, but I knew that going into it, which was not the end of the world, considering the beaches right behind you!! Also I believe if you have children, I think they should give you a ground level floor because we had a neighbor that was below us that obviously did not like footsteps whatsoever and I have a five-year-old that does like to walk around and play so for it to be a kid friendly area and place to stay I think they should accommodate just a little different when you have children!! Honestly had nothing to do with the property itself. It was just the neighbors wanted to go to bed at 7

1) I liked having our own separate bathroom connected to the master. 2) Beds and pillows were comfortable. 3) I loved having a washer and dryer. 4) I was happy to see we could change the thermostat to our liking. 5) Water pressure for the shower was great. 6) Everything seemed real clean and tidy. 7) Balcony with table and chairs was nice. 8) Sliding glass doors opened real easy. 9) Towels were real nice too. Thick and soft. 10) The kitchen had a dishwasher. 11) Ceiling Fans 12) Floors were clean

1) Cleaner was sitting on the couch playing/scrolling on the phone before our room was ready. Cleaning supplies scattered. (Granted, we were trying to get in an 30mins to an hour early, but still.) 2) The sheets on the king bed had a smudge on it when I was taking them off on the last day. It was on the bottom of the sheet tucked into the bottom of the bed. 3) Light outside the room by the fron door and on the balcony didn't work. 4) Light inside and above the stove didn't work. 5) The shower curtain still let water out while showering, so we had to keep a towel on the floor. These are minor things compared to our overall experience there. We'd stay again.

Great view of the beach. Very quiet. Room was clean for the most part. Apt was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I love the fact that Thier was 2 full bathrooms. 🙂

Kitchen was not really clean..The stove was greasy. Slow draining tub. Light under the microwave didn't work. Frig dripped water. Window seal in bedroom/w king bed was very dirty. Great customer service.

location and proximity to the beach.

toilets were slow to flush and when stopped up we had no plunger. the TV was mounted on the wall by the sliding glass door. could t see the TV if you were anywhere other than. the couch. should have had a swivel mount. also the curtains on every window was off the track which made it hard to open and close. you couldn't use the stick. you had to move the curtains to open and close them.

We loved being right on the beach with our balcony overlooking the ocean. Location was wonderful. We also loved the ease of being provided the access code to our unit. We had an issue with the TV but called and the person we spoke to helped us get the TV up and running. Was very nice and helpful. This was our 3rd time staying at the Sandpebble.

There wasn't anything we didn't not like. The one thing we would note would be if the chairs on the balcony could be a little taller so it would be easier to see over the railing at the beautiful view. Otherwise, we love staying here.
