There was plenty of space for me and my family to get comfortable and it was a great first hotel experience for my little girls. The jetted tub was super relaxing.

The only complaints I really have are just minor inconveniences, the shade curtain to keep the light out of the room was stuck on the track and would only close halfway. The front desk clerk when I went to check in was not at the desk and I stood there for a couple minutes and she came around the corner saw me standing there and proceeded to go into a room and clean it before coming out to help me check in, and the only reason she came out when she did was because I called the front desk to try to get someone’s attention.

It was well lit The bed was comfortable The room was spacious The lobby was clean and spacious The breakfast was amazing- tons of options for everyone and it was well stocked and very clean

The water temperature in the shower could have been hotter

I have always had a wonderful experience in staying at Best Western hotels. My room was just not up to their normal standards. First time in 40 years they let me down. So I would say that is still a win for them.

There were a couple of maintenance issues with my room.

We enjoyed our night there and got awesome rest as we've been traveling cross country. The room was clean, beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

I have no complaints.

Felt like home

They told I would get receipt when I checked out. When I checked out they told me they couldn’t give me a receipt but that booking . Com would email it to me. I still don’t have a receipt. If this is how it is going to be I won’t come back.

Comfortable

I am sick of hotels that remove tub stoppers, then don't have them for people who ask for them. I am a grown ass woman and should be able to take a b a th to soak away the pain of road travel!
