• Rooms - The rooms were very spacious and ideal for our small family. • Facilities - infinity Swimming pool, gym and sauna

Breakfast - the hotel says breakfast starts at 6:30 but they are never ready and don’t have half the items ready (the restaurant is in fact the local bakery shop and they didn’t have any breads :( )- especially for those doing morning tours. Rather than say 6:30 and start at 7am when ready. Also the menu isn’t catering for global traveller group in my opinion, with heavy orientation to meals that would constitute to lunch or diner options. Lack of fruit juices, coffee and tea options. Front of house staff - despite being very friendly, I would recommend the team are trained in how to manage challenges and issues from western guests. Also encourage English language skill training to avoid issues.

This place exceeded expectations. The appartment was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The showers were lovely and warm. The receptions staff were frienldy and helpful. The appartment had all the mod cons incluidng a big fridage and a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and the AC wokred well. There was a large TV with netflix, youtube etc The infinity pool on the top floor was bigger than it looks on the website. The view of the city from the pool was spectacular.

Nothing really. There was a call to prayer on loudspeakers nearby at about 4am every morning but that was not the fault of the hotel.

From Singapore, travelling with family including Young Children. I booked in at the Room 1905B. A 2 Bedroom with view over the Mekong River and loving it from Day 1. Staying over 5 days. The Penisula totally meet my every expectations. Every amenities is just few throw stone away. Every Hotel without failed will smile & willing to go out beyond their call if duties just to serve you every needs. The Penisula Phnom Penh may not be the Shangri-la but they are the Shangri-la for Travel who pockets are not that deep. From the Room, Kitchen amenities, Toilets, Swimming Pools, they really Best It. Please keep up this spirit & thank you for making my first stay in Phnom Penh, Cambodia the most memorable one. I shall return someday, I will return.

Everything was great. The rooftop bar and pool is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The apartment I had was huge with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. It's very easy to get a tuk tuk on grab to the riverside park for about £1.25. The views from the roof and the room were amazing. The price was reasonable for the size and quality as it was over 1100 square foot.

The location is not the best. But there is a supermarket behind the property so you can avoid crossing the road. The a/c units were dropping a lot of water on the balcony. When I checked in the girl gave me a different downgraded room to what I had booked. I tried to dispute but she didn't understand. I ended up speaking to the duty manager who resolved it within a few minutes.

Everything! This place was the highlight of our trip. After some not so great stays and moving hotels, we were ecstatic when we arrived here. Amazing welcome, fabulous room (2 bed apartment). Lots of extras (tea, coffee, washing powder for washing machine, toiletries etc). Unbelievably clean. Fabulous Air-conditioning. Daily cleaning. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar area. Just gorgeous all round. Definitely stay here again. One of the highlights of our trip to Cambodia.

If I wanted to be picky, all I could say is that food wasn't piping hot when ordering at the rooftop bar.

I am a friend of the one who booked Peninsula Phnom Penh. We traveled as a group of family and friends who wanted to explore the rich history and culture of Cambodia. We were very much pleased with the accommodations given by Peninsula Phnom Penh, and the services, assistance, and hospitality of the staff and the management. We were even surprised by the hospitality of the manager who gave us complementary drinks and volunteered to take our photos and videos while we were cooling down in the beautiful infinity pool. That small gesture made our stay even more memorable and fun. . Speaking of the infinity pool, we enjoyed watching the sunset hues and the colors of the city while enjoying our dip. We also enjoyed the spacious gym which is equipped with machines and free weights. Most specially, we enjoyed the smiles of the staff and management that greeted us every time we meet them. Thank you, Peninsula Phnom Penh for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The Peninsula is a non-smoking hotel, but we smelled traces of cigarette smoking along the corridors. Hopefully the Peninsula will be able to implement this policy better. The malfunctioning key cards were also a source of mild annoyance whenever they malfunction. Hopefully the Peninsula Phnom Penh will be able to solve this technical problem in the future.

The rooftop top infinity pool, bar, and restaurant with the city views were the highlight of the hotel. Very lovely staff particularly Sambath who went out of his way and was very friendly and helpful when at the bar, pool, restaurant. Also the French lady on reception (sorry I've forgotten your name!). The spa is very nice also and very reasonably priced. Not a lot around the hotel however the bakery an French restaurant attached to the hotel were great albeit not Cambodian). There's 2 supermarkets within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. We had the best of a apartment and the hotel facilities and services.

The bedrooms are quite small but it's doable! You have to request everything for the kitchen rather than it being available, i.e. the glasses, the washing up liquid, missing cutlery, etc. but it was all sorted so not a big issue.

Our stay at the Hotel Peninsula in Phnom Penh was simply exceptional. The mini apartment we stayed in was stunning—immaculately clean, fully equipped, and with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed every moment spent there. The pool was marvelous, offering a refreshing escape, and we were delighted by the delicious hamburgers served at dinner. The gym was well-equipped and very well-maintained, and the shower in our room was simply amazing!!! A special mention goes to the staff, whose kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We would like to specifically thank Ms. Mouy, Ms. Molika, and Ms. Ravan for their exceptional care and service—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While the hotel is not right in the city center, the location is still very convenient. It's just a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the heart of Phnom Penh, and there are plenty of bars, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Peninsula for anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay in Phnom Penh.

Have to leave :(

Stayed here for 4 nights! The standard room type is already large enough for 2 people. Room comes with great shower, kitchen, washing machine, terrace for haging clothes and sofa with view. We do enjoy the rooftop, it's breezy day and night. We also really enjoy the Club house. Before coming, I have read so many reviews, tho not sure if it's real or not. But trust me, this place is good! I like it more than the touristy zone crossing the bridge. There were 2 supermarkets very close to the hotel, Maxvalue and Lucky. Tho there are not so many choices for restaurant around the hotel. Eric Kayser, Hotel rooftop, Starbucks, Blackcanyon, some small local shops on the street, among these, I recommend Tube Coffee! Thier food taste good, seem hygine with reasonable price! (Their coffee is not good tho). You can just take Grab Tuktuk (Khmer Taxi style) only for 1-2$ to get to the night market or restaurant area.

During my 4 nights, I dont think they help me change the towel at all .. they just fold the one i used. There was a bug in my room, so i killed it and left it on the floor, hoping they help me took it away, but it was still there when i came back which mean they might not sweap the floor. The free soap and shampoo here were not that good .. better buy one you likes.

The pool area was fantastic, the pool itself was beautiful with magical views over the city. Definitely worth catching the sunset from here. The room itself was excellent value for money, we opted for the three bedroom apartment and it was great. And brilliant that we could do some laundry and dry it on the balcony. The staff were lovely and helped us organise tuk tuks etc. The location was just a short ride over the bridge from the main sights, markets and restaurants.

It would have been nice to be able to sit on the balcony, it was much smaller than expected and indicated on the photos.
