Large and nice room. Magnificent bar/breakfast/swimming pool at the 9th floor with beautiful views of the town and the Mekong river. Professional staff.

The problem with this business is that in front of the hotel they are constructing a new tall building. Our room was at the 7th floor and the construction was already there. I suppose that at the end the hotel will lose the river view which presently has. Accessory problem: the construction is noisy. They stop at 9pm, but they start at 6.30am. And the rooms which do not see the river are rather bleak (we tried to change). Certainly it is understandable, but nobody told us about the problem. The hotel is relatively out of the center. It is not a long distance (actually one could walk), but is an ugly, noisy and polluted street. Which means you need a tuk-tuk each time you have to move somewhere.

Beautiful hotel in a great somewhat quite location. Walking distance to the things you need. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to stay but 2 nights out of the 4 we booked, my wife got hit by a motorbike on our 2nd day and unfortunately we spent the next 2 nights at the hospital. For the time we were there, it was a nice stay, the restaurant is Ok, meals were off just a bit.

When checking in they make you leave a $100.00 cash deposit, while checking out I was charged $1.00 for a bottle of water, they made me break the $100.00 bill to pay for it. Not the front desk girls fault, that’s a management issue, come on guys, it was a bottle of water.

The location is only a 10 minute walk to the riverside. The breakfast is fantastic and the gym might not have 20 running machines but it’s got free weights and everything else you could really ask for to keep in shape , but the absolute best part about the hotel is the staff. I have been coming to Phnom Penh for over 20years and have never ever had staff that could hold a candle to the staff here they are just amazing. I put a little note saying my partners b’day is on the 30th and they all came up to our room singing happy birthday with a cake for us. My partner had tears in her eyes it really was beautiful. Again we thank you guys so very much we will definitely be staying here everytime we are here. Oh the food is amazing and very reasonably priced. I could go on forever but guys give it a try i guarantee you’ll be back

What’s not to like? They have balcony’s in nearly every room so if you smoke you can just sit outside and enjoy a beer/wine and have a smoke if that’s your choice. Do not stay at the Harmony Hotel if you’re a smoker. We were in the lobby of the Harmony Hotel and over heard a couple who had booked and paid extra money for the balcony room so they could go outside and have a smoke only then after they had taken 4 nights accommodation off their credit card that the staff informed them that they couldn’t smoke on the balcony so with that the gentleman asked for a refund only to be told NO so they left

What I like to this hotel: -Front office and restuarant staff very friendly. -Good Food with A Good price -Mini Bar sell as the street vendor price. -Quiet and Comfort -Value of money.

What I don't like to this hotel: -Undergroud Parking need to walk out from the building and walk in to the same way for Car passing to the ground. -Require to deposit 50$ or ID card for staying (Even I used to stay at this hotel many times still require) -Key Card usually Error(I met this issue quit often during I stay, especialy in the elavator or might they had been improve the new system for key card already).

We arrive 9.30 and was allowed early check in by 12 noon. Was allowed to use the roof top facilities while we were waiting. The roof top decor for Valentines day was nice.

The housekeeping that cleaned the room before us did a minor mistake as they left some garbage from the previous guest (left in the cupboard below the TV) and didn't check the mini bar properly. We binned the rubbish(no big deal). However it was kinda disappointing when we got charged for the mineral water from the mini bar eventhough we didn't touch it. We always bought our own water from the shops outside. The price of the mineral water wasn't much but the experience kinda left a slight "bitter taste" of a overall positive stay ("bitter" enough for me to write this comment for future travelers)

Very comfortable beds, wonderful modern showers (shower head is amazing and very hot water). We had free breakfast and free drink (can softdrink) each day. Large rooms. Pool is great, we went most days. Nice balcony for eating with excellent views of the river. We were a group of 10 people in 7 different rooms and everyone was happy with the hotel. For what you get, its cheap. Staff were also lovely. We had an issue with the booking (with a third party that we booked through - not with the hotel itself) and the staff were so helpful in fixing it.

I love this hotel. It has been my "go to" home away from home when I am in Phnom Penh. Large room, hot water for showers, good air conditioning, very clean, and good breakfast. Very comfortable. Short (less than 4,000 KHR or $1 USD) tuk tuk ride to the Riverside Park and many restaurants/bars. Distance wise, it is walkable. However, construction projects along Sisowath Quay and cars/motorbikes parked on the sidewalks make the walk a bit challenging. Wonderful staff: Bellman, Front Desk, Restaurant/Sky Bar and Housekeeping.

One of the best hotels I ever lived in. Perfect place, the night market, Royal Palace, and promenade are accessible by foot. The room is spacious, clean, and being cleaned every day. The staff is very kind, and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool. The SPA is on renovation and this was not mentioned during the booking, but that's okay. The breakfast is delicious and you have a lot of choices! Nice place, the room was quiet and the view is fantastic (we were on 8th floor)

There was one unpleasant moment. They tried to charge us for the damage to the curtain we didn't make. What saved us is my room tour video that I made when we have just moved in. Without this video, we would have lost our deposit. That means that the room check-up is not well-done before arrival. After showing the video the staff excused themselves and we got our deposit back in full. Advice: always do the video room tour when you arrive!

Chose LCS as it was close to the Virak Buntham bus station then extended my stay as I was so comfortable. Room was well laid out - very comfortable bed working desk, balcony and kettle. Rooftop pool and restaurant/ bar is great. Loved the bathtub but took me day to figure out how to get the handheld shower to work (turn the bath tap to parallel with the wall). The building work across the road didn’t bother me as the sturdy door kept the noise out. Traffic around there isn’t as insane as some parts of PP, I was comfortable walking to Exchange Square for shopping and Sosoro museum. Airport pickup was reasonable priced and seamless., staff friendly.

Some reviews mention the $100 cash ‘damage deposit’ taken on check in, with a list of hefty charges for any damage and yes, that is rather strange. I was nervous when I noticed a little dent in the bar fridge (not my doing!) but all was good on check out.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful. One staff member was able to help me to book tours for my group of 12 after my previous booked tours were canceled. The staff also moved me to another room when the room I was in smelled of cigarette smoke.

A number of my group mentioned the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and in the rooms. There are signs everywhere saying No Smoking but it seems to still happen. It took a very long time to get drinks or food made especially as there were very few people there.
