Best hotel in Phnom Penh by far. Excellent facilities, stylish, no humidity in rooms, fabulous food for dinner in various hotel restaurants , attentive staff, great views, connected to the mall next door for nice shopping and nice cafes, free tuk tuk rides to nearby areas, great location.

The only reason I didn’t give 10/10 is the breakfast. It was nice and lots of variety, but I was expecting even better given how nice the place is. The quality and variety of Cheeses, yogurts, breads etc could be improved.

We travelled to the Rosewood Phnom Penh for a friend's 50th celebrations in May 2025. The hotel feels new, is luxuriously appointed with its interiors, incredibly clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, but special mention should be given to Daneth at reception who felt like our personal butler over the long weekend of staying at the hotel. She went above and beyond assisting with all of our requests including a very well received late checkout on our final day for a late flight, was happy to give restaurant recommendations before we arrived and helped arrange a lovely 50th celebration for my girlfriend. Unfortunately Sora rooftop bar which had been pre-booked and confirmed for my girlfriend's 50th was unavailable on the night due to a last minute request to book the space by a Government Official, however the staff did their utmost to make the backup Plan B very special and fun, and we enjoyed our evening in the Sky Lobby Bar instead. It also rained over the weekend so no one was able to enjoy the rooftop cocktail bar which was a shame, however the indoor Whiskey Bar was lovely and intimate, with spectacular views over the city. If you are staying on a Sunday, definitely indulge and book Brasserie Louis for their free flow brunch, it really is amazing. Overall my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood and we would be very happy to recommend it, although pricey for a South East Asian getaway hotel, we were happy to splash out on this occasion for such a comfortable stay. Also you are within a few minutes tuk tuk ride away from the Raffles Hotel for a cocktail at The Elephant Bar for a change of venue!

The pool is indoors - there is no outdoor pool to lounge around or sunbathe Also the pool water was a bit too chilly

Amazing modern property in the middle of the city with a great rooftop bar and views across Phnom Penh. Great for walking around and sightseeing - also have good tour guides to explore the city with. The staff is super friendly and the spa is phenomenal with all facilities one could imagine. Great gym, plunge pools, lap pool, sauna, etc. Best modern sleek hotel in Phnom Penh.

Only downside is that there is no outdoor area with lounge chairs/ outdoor pool - all relaxation facilities are indoor and the rooftop bar which is open air only opens at 5 pm

The rooms are well designed, decorated and with phenomenal views of the skyline. The restaurants were very good. The spa is excellent.

One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Because we booked two of the rooms with children through Booking.com apparently the hotel recorded only one person in each room so we received only one breakfast. Check your booking. We also could not take our children to the sky bar but saw at least two families with children seated. When I pointed it out to the hostess we were told again no children were allowed.

Fabulous hotel and facilities. Very upmarket and modern. Fantastic Afternoon Tea menu. Food in all the restaurants was delicious and tasty. Room accomodation was superb with mesmerizing views of the city. Will definitely be back again.

The pricing of the menu at the Japanese restaurant was slightly higher than expected however the food was fabulous.

Rosewood is an impressive hotel. If you want to experience comfort, design, attention to details, great restaurants and beautiful view of the city, then this is one of those places.

The wood floors are slippery and the switches are hard to read. You get use to the poor design flaw.

The breakfast was great and there were a great selection of restaurants to choose from in the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and assisted us with any issues we had. the location of the hotel is also great as it is close to the malls and bars and restaurants.

Everything, from the world class concierge who greeted me and showed me around, through the meal I enjoyed, the buzz in your bar and the quality of the breakfast offering. The room and bathroom was also all I could need.

It seemed a long way from the airport as in very far into the city.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is taking luxury to the next level. The room was big and comfy. The beds are very comfortable. We slept like babies :-) The indoor pool was impressive. We tried "Cuts " restaurant and it was really nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was really nice . The main attractions are near. The hotel is a bit pricey but absolutely worth every Dollar.

Pricey but it is a luxurious hotel so totally expected.

The extra plus charge which it’s not included in the booking application. Totally 3 plus charges. I would recommended you should show in the booking app as well. To avoid confusing the price was not the same in the booking app
