Location was centrally located around everything you need in the city. Less than a 15min walk to get to all the tourist sites and Mekong River. The breakfast options are vegan and vegetarian-friendly and the restaurant staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept along with the gym being clean and with many options of free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and machines. I would definitely stay there again for business or personal.

The only thing that could have been better is offering hotel shuttle services to and from the airport. Also maybe having a list of local tours and tour guides at the front desk could be beneficial to international travelers.

Location isn't perfect, its a bit away from the main action. However it's easy to get a tuktuk to wherever you want to be. Slightly weird vibes sometimes around things I'd expect a hotel to do. e.g. I wasn't able to borrow a knife/plate from the hotel or take a coffee to my room, and books in reception could only be read in reception, not in rooms. This hasn't ever happened at other hotels before.

My brother and I have been traveling around Asia for a month, and without a doubt, the Pacific Hotel has been our absolute favorite stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the incredible staff, the beautiful setting, the delicious food, and all the thoughtful touches that made our time here truly special. The staff were beyond helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One standout moment was when they helped us plan a day trip to Angkor — not a simple task! They gave us detailed guidance on which buses to take and how to navigate everything, and thanks to them, our day went perfectly. One of the small but impactful highlights was the free drinking water provided by the hotel. In the heat of Southeast Asia, this was a lifesaver — and it also saved us quite a bit on bottled water. It’s such a thoughtful and eco-friendly gesture that we really appreciated. Now let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely fabulous. Fresh fruit, a wide variety of options, great coffee — every morning felt like a treat. We also ended up dining at the hotel’s restaurant three times during our stay because the food was just that good. Each meal was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with care. The hotel itself is in a wonderful area, with easy access to attractions, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. It honestly couldn’t have been better. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I can’t wait to come back, and I’ll be recommending the Pacific Hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

I loved my stay at Pacific Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, from the guides to reception and kitchen staff. Special mention to the lovely receptionist, Nimul. Although I requested an early check-in extension, they accommodated me despite the full charge. The rooms were spotless, especially the one on the first floor I peeked into! Breakfast was exceptional. I'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Location is very central and you can get anywhere very quickly with tuk-tuk or taxi. But there is not much within 10 minutes of walking. All areas were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet (even when they were cleaning the room right in front of it). Air conditioner was modern and worked great as well. Breakfast had the basics (eggs, sausage/bacon, rice/noodle alternating each day, cereals and bread with jam, coffee, tea, orange juice) that are good enough. Wifi worked well.

I cannot complain about anything. It's not in a touristy area, so there are not many restaurants or things to see around it but I felt that with the cheap tuk-tuks it's not a problem.

The good thing about the Pacific Hotel is that it is in a really nice central location. All of the sights in Phnom Penh can be reached on foot. There aren't that many. There is a large shopping center around the corner with Starbucks, supermarket, etc. A really big one is about 30 minutes away on foot. But you have to be used to walking in Asia and traffic, otherwise you'll never get across the street. The staff were always super friendly. And the best breakfast buffet I've had in Asia so far. Really so delicious, you can't complain. That's a good way to start the day. The internet was fast and good, so you could also work. I didn't find the AC too weak or too loud. It was completely OK. There were tuk tuks in front of the hotel, but just use GRAB or similar apps. That will give you an approximate price, otherwise it will be expensive. But that's not the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, I don't know if the hotel also offers tours. I booked one of the usual tours to the Killing Fields online. But I think the hotel can do that too. I would be surprised if not.

Good location, about 20 minutes walk to night market and riverside of Phnom Penh. 30 minutes drive to international airport. Room clean, cosmetics replenished every time housekeeping make up the room. Staff at the reception very friendly.

I didn’t like the fact that list of potential damages was so visible and made me feel uncomfortable every time I was touching mugs or anything else. In my opinion it should be separate book and inserted inside it.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable bed and a bath tube. door with keycard, AC control panel is near the bed. Wifi was really superfast. There was also a big table for work and a couple of chairs. Staff was quite attentive, and the breakfast was really nice buffet inside the Barb and Lotus restaurant in the hotel, with plenty of choice. Two a little slow elevators was enough for quests at the time I've been there. Location is pretty ok, near the Kings Palace (which actually is closed), some temples, parks and markets, grocery stores are nearby. On the floor there was water filtering machine for refilling your bottles, which was confident. There was also a nice balcony at 5-th floor, where you can sit and relax.

There was no information about room cleaning, daily coffee/tea replacing, I'm not sure if they offer it. Maybe not the best chair but anyway quite ok.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting phnom penh, cambodia.
