I've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times, and it's always been a great experience! The location is incredible—it’s right in the heart of everything, so finding delicious places to eat is a breeze. Whether you’re craving pizza, sushi, or a nice steak, there’s something close by to satisfy any appetite. Plus, the rooms are really spacious and cozy, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. Honestly, it feels like a home away from home!

I encountered a drainage issue in the bathroom while showering, which caused water to pool. Everything else was good, but this needs attention.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptional, and the convenience of having an on-site restaurant was a significant benefit, especially with the 10% discount offered. I appreciated the mini gym, sauna, and veranda, which enhanced my stay. The location is also quite favorable, being within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and other stores. During my three-week stay, the staff were notably friendly and helpful. This hotel has become one of my favorite accommodations, and I highly recommend it. Should I return to Phnom Penh, I will certainly choose to stay here again.

I like everything in the hotel.

Location (very close to whatever one might need: tourist attractions, supermarket, laundrette, restaurants, bars & clubs), friendly, discrete & helpful receptionists, reasonable price, comfortable beds, was allowed to use the swimming pool of the sister hotel nearby, for free (and with 10% discount on food & drinks by the swimming pool skybar) and to bring my bicycle in the hotel for safety at night, A very good place for a longer stay in Phnom Penh.

The door of the hotel doesn't stay open 24 hours a day and one has to wake up (the usually friendly) night receptionist to open up the locked door at night. It would be much more logical if the hotel guests had a key of the lock and could open the door at night themselves if needed. Fumigation of the rooms takes place without asking if the hotel guests need to have their room fumigated (it should be optional in my opinion). The quality of the WiFi was very poor this time. Last time I stayed was a little better (in my opinion, the quality of the WiFi should not depend on the room or the floor of the room the guest is in...). A new better WiFi router and a subscription to a better provider is, in my opinion, badly needed and would be much appreciated by the guests.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very well cleaned, every day. The cleaning people are very nice, and they even speak some english! The linen and towels are very clean and basically, there is nothing bad to say about cleanliness. In the room, there is a desk for working and the internet is really reliable and fast enough to have video calls. It would be even better with a small table and some chairs: there is some space to put them, so why not. It's a very good value for money.

Any hotel needs maintenance. Stop saving money on this important point!! The shower is flooding the entire bathroom quickly, and the joint are gross and are black with mold (they need to be redone by someone alittle bit more cautious). The "gym" is very small and you can't really train, just do the treadmill or elliptic and that's it, so it is basically useless and would be better to replace all by 5 or 6 smaller cardio machines (Because those present machines are really too big for the space!) There are 2 big Onsen. But they don't work. Very sad: it could be a big plus. And the sauna is just for one person. Some small maintenance work shall be done in the rooms. It's not a big thing, but would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street in case you get hungry at night. The staff is really friendly and speaks English well, so you can ask them for city recommendations. The room is a bit small, but it's got everything you need like a fridge, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, and even a bidet in the toilet. Also, the hotel has a gym, sauna, and restaurant, but I didn't have time to check them out since I was there for work. Just so you know, those facilities are available.

The light on the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floor isn't functioning properly. It's designed to turn on when it detects movement, but it's not activating when I'm there. It's not a big issue, and it can be improved over time.

I have chosen this hotel based on reviews and I have come with my girlfriend for celebrate her birthday. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth, hospitality, and with fresh juice as we tired along the way here. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was great with all amenities provided and the air-con was very good enough to let us sleep comfortably. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the market, mall and located in the centre of the city. A pool at the skybar and friendly bartenders, provided a very good experience of stay in this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room and great value for money. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. The room was clean with lots of modern facilities (good smart TV with access to streaming services), modern toilet and jacuzzi bath. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the noodles in the restaurant downstairs. The location is also excellent - close to Orussey market and not far from the tourist area of the Royal Palace and National Museum.

The staff were friendly and helpful, though seemed restrained in what they could do at times - such as organizing a private taxi. However, they seemed to be doing their best.

The property is located well, however I took the wrong turn and ended up going in the wrong direction so it took me a while to finally arrive. An easy check-in process, and the room was nice.

I couldn't connect to the internet well across any of my devices, and my credit card just wouldn't work on the first day. It did work at other places and then worked in the hotel on the next day. The property is a little tired so will need a refurb soon. There was no water in the 'pools'.

Airco blowing air directly on the bed, polite receptionist sleeping in reception (even when he wakes up and opens the locked front door at night without complaining) is not the same as the advertised 24 hour reception. For the same reason, my bicycle which was parked in front of the reception of the hotel, got stolen at night without anyone noticing... The receptionist -I must add however- came with me the following day to the police station and helped me to file the police theft report.

Location for me is perfectly centered.. This is my third time in a row staying here over the last 6 months and will be staying here again next week.. There noodle restaurant and next to it ATMs are total plus
