Hotel was in a central location. At first it looks like there are no restaurants close by but google map it and turns out there are more than on first glance. I had a room with a balcony which I would suggest. Lovely city views, especially at night. Facilities are new and rooms furnished nicely. Pool was a real treat. Cold and refreshing after a long day hitting the sights. Breakfast had just about everything you could think of. Loads of choice.

Rooftop restaurant was lovely to sit and watch the city lights but the food was not good at all. Maybe it was what I ordered. Dont order the crispy beef. Wifi doesnt always work in rooms. Was off for almost a whole day.

The swimming pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Phnom Penh’s attractions. One of the highlights was the hotel’s high skybar, which offers a great view overlooking the city and the river. it’s the perfect place to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. The pool area was another highlight clean and a great spot to unwind after a day out. Overall, I highly recommend Poulo Wai Hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to coming back!

A truly stunning high rise hotel, tucked away just outside the busy centre. I received a warm reception from the staff everywhere I went and the welcome drink, cold, towel and free upgrade to a balcony room was so appreciated after a long day of travel 🫶🏼 I spent everyday either in the pool or the gym, both were wonderful and most of the time I was the only guest using the facilities. The room was cleaned everyday including water, coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner. The amenities they provide for free were the best I've experienced in my 4 months of solo travel. The fluffy white towels, dressing gown, slippers and luxurious bed have me the best night sleep I've had in months. The breakfast was phenomenal, I looked forward to it every morning. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay to all the team at Poulo Wai, you really are doing an incredible job at making people feeling welcome 🙏🏼

Gym as warm but it I liked that, if you're not there to sweat then what are you doing there in the first place? 😅 There's a gorgeous pool to cool off in only meters away.

Super fancy, marble chandeliers jacuzzi etc. good location and really nice staff. Rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday. Multiple lifts so you’re never waiting long. Rooftop was amazing for the view of the sunset.

Few small things, there was a cotton bud behind the door in the bathroom that was missed. The breakfast bread was stale by the time we got there at 8am and when we went to use the pool table at 8:30pm the staff said it was closed due to customers getting massages and it would make too much noise yet we were told that floor was open till 9pm so we’re very disappointed.

The location is perfect - you have restaurants, bars, currency exchanges, and a Super Duper (the best supermarket chain in Cambodia) just minutes away on foot. I was very impressed with the gym and the staff was very helpful as well. Breakfasts were good, despite the minimal vegetarian options. You also have a nice pool area.

You don't get hot water instantly (if at all) and the flow is weak (I was on the 20th floor). I found the soundproofing inadequate - You can hear EVERYTHING outside the door. The WiFi is OK for basic smartphone use, but you WILL face hiccups if you push it with high-speed stuff or serious laptop work. It's not as fast as advertised.
