I come at 3 am and I contacted them before, they promptly answer my question about check in out of hours and all goes smooth. Hotel is good value for money (do not except luxury for 7$ per night). Location is perfect, just above bus station so I get on bus to Siem Reap form hotel without any travel. Hotel is next to busy market so there are in 2 minutes from hotel all you need, place where you can bay sim card, supermarket, many street restaurants, I feel safe when i walk around at night.

Definitely the location. Really convenient. The hostel belongs to the same Capitol Tours company with buses going everywhere, booking at their restaurant next door. My recommendations extended to Siem Reap, I used their bus. In the centre of Siem Reap there's a handy/cheap place to leave baggage, with toilet and shower, local coffee, run by a nice bloke from Czech Republic or so, just behind Banana Hotel , on maps there's Tropical Breeze, 50m down the same alleyway, behind a laundry.

Geared to low budget traveller, who don' t mind an rather uncharming, yet reasonabe clean and equipped room. Good restaurant and bus services next door.

Good Hotel and price really affordable. The staff is very sweet and speak English. The bathroom also is large You are in the center There is a fitness gym at 1.2 km. If back Canbodia definitely back there again 👍👍

Previous stays at the guest house because of its location to Capitol Bus Station and, it is not far from Central Market, Riverside and Royal Palace. Good level of security, CCTV in use on all floors. For work, good Wi Fi connection. Restaurant next to guest house. Helpful staff.

You pay 10 euro per night îs not the Hilton but IT gets the job done ...and îs near the promenade and party area ..

Location of guest house next to Capitol bus station. Good level of security, CCTV in operation on each floor. Restaurant and coffee shops near to guest house. If you don't mind walking, tourist attractions approximately 30 minutes walk.

Nothing to do with the guest house, but tuk tuk drivers can be persistent in offering their services; even after you have politely declined.

Clean. The woman from the reception was very very helpful.

The address (182, Phnom Penh, row 107, Cambodia).is wrong. My wife finding herself alone with 2 young children, I call the hotel so that he can reach her and give her the real address, the reception (a young man) hung up the phone !!! Fortunately a woman at the reception was very helpful...

beware the cheapest room is just a fan room , however could upgrade to an AC room paying a 5 $ surcharge

There was a good place to eat downstairs, the location was excellent for a unique part of Phnom Penh. Very friendly staff.

We did not have air conditioning, but we pay less to not have, there was a fan we could use. A little noisy outsdie but was okay because we stay up high upstairs.
