Good Breakfast, 3 different kind of fruits daily, a very good selection of vegetable & egg preparations => Omelettes, sun side up,… Bun Hong at Breakfast room is a very nice man. Room service every day is good too.

AIR Condition SC will work to 24 degree Celsius only, not lower ! But outside the temperature is 34-38 degrees Celsius daily. Reason: Windows are not double or tribble. That means protection for energy saving for the AC is to less.

While I had a wonderful overall experience, there are a few areas that could enhance the stay even further. They, alongside the rest of the team, deserve recognition for their exceptional service. The pool area was a highlight, with its pristine cleanliness and perfect temperature gradients—invigorating during the day and pleasantly warm in the evening. However, it could benefit from additional lounging options to enhance relaxation. Not to mention the beautiful view. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, offering a delightful variety of international and local dishes. The generous policy of allowing seconds and thirds is a fantastic touch, but consider including a few more health-conscious options to appeal to a wider range of dietary preferences. Overall, with just a few tweaks, this experience could elevate to truly extraordinary heights!

Comfy hotel with such friendly staff. The rooftop pool was lovely in the late afternoon sun to relax after sightseeing during the day. Good choice at breakfast. Our room was very large with a lovely hot shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is nothing against the hotel but maybe they should put up signs banning children from jumping in/out of the pool and splashing people whilst the irresponsible/selfish parents are both on their phones not caring. The pool is not big enough for children to 'play', it's really for just relaxing in.

The pool and sky bar was really lovely for an evening wind down. The staff were also super friendly and helpful with everything from giving us recommendations, handling our luggage, and answering our questions.

Although located in the city center, there wasn't too much in walking distance especially since it was really hot. However, the tuktuk services made things still very accessible. Also the shower head was attached to a bathtub so we had to hold the shower head above our heads if we wanted to wash our hair which was a little inconvenient but a very very minor thing in what was still an excellent stay!

The most highlight of my stay was the exceptional services. The staffs were genuinely welcoming, friendly and always ready to assist with a smiling face. Whether transportation arrangements or recommending of historical places to visit, they were ensuring my requests were met. Their hospitality was absolutely superb. The hotel was in a very good location which many things in need were nearby. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, good valued hotel for visiting as businesses or leisure. I definitely come back on my next trip.

An excellent breakfast, with wonderful dinning room staff. Pleasant dinning on the roof top beside the pool and again those staff very good. An intervention from managerial staff who arranged an upgrade for us to a room with hot water.

No or little hot water for the first four days. Reception staff were condescending and rude when we kept bringing it to their attention. A manager finally intervened after four days and upgraded us to a room with hot water. They need to upgrade their staff training to learn listen to customers with genuine issues.

I have stayed at Orussey One Hotel a couple of times and I will still come if I visit Phnom Penh again. I immediately felt like I was at home, from the moment I arrived until I left, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check in process was smooth and come a long with fresh juice. Such a nice hotel with good price, clean room, good location middle of the city. I have a pleasant stay at Orussey One hotel and it was a must visit, highly recommended!

Booked a transfer from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap through the hotel. The bus trip was not a great experience. Instead of a private transfer it was more like public transportation because we kept picking up and dropping off locals along the way to fill the empty seats. Wish the people selling the tickets would be more upfront. So atleast we know what to expect. Whether that be a hotel selling tickets or an agent in the street.

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Orussey One and were very satisfied with the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and was very clean. We had one of the corner rooms with a large panoramic window from which there is a good view of the surrounding area. There was air conditioning, an electric kettle and a fridge and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water and a really good shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. It is quiet and peaceful here and the place is centrally located in the city. There was wifi that worked well. The breakfast was a buffet and it was very good. On the top floor you will find an excellent swimming pool with a pool bar serving drinks and food at reasonable prices. It has been a pleasure to stay here and all in all we definitely recommend this hotel.
