I really like the service they gave to us. Their staff help us with the luggage & kettle problem. and even snap picture for us. Their staff polite and friendly.

We stay in one big room with four single bed thus the aircond is not cold enough for the room. It will be nice if they can put one standing fan to help the air flow. But it is okay, i still love this guesthouse.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nice Guesthouse. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street, but there are still lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We also received bottle water daily which was nice! The location was really good for sight seeing, riverside is very close and cheap to get to via Tuk tuk. Free WiFi also however could go out. Fridge !!

We did have a slight roach problem, however they vanished after a day. The bathroom door does not completely shut which maybe have caused that issue. We also booked what we thought was a room with aircon however we were then charged $10 extra for that to be turned on. There wasn’t much natural light

The hotel is just keeping classic style. So you can trace old and good 1990s-early 2000s backpackers' experience even in 2025 now. same old furniture. big bouncy coil bed. large clean room in amber (but LED) lights. powerful 40cm diameter-blade fan.

weak shower as same as old days. vintage room is good to keep, but vintage bathroom should be updated.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities were all working and standard issues, albeit a bit old. Staff were nice.

A bit noisy. And some confusion because they're probably not used to people paying on booking directly so when we arrived, we were told to pay again. But booking was really reactive and it all worked out in the end.
