We visited Phnom Penh on our way to Siem Reap and it was intended to be a whistlestop, but our stay at the Hotel turned out to be memorable. The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. The General Manager and F&B Manager went out of their way to make us comfortable. Drinks and Dinner at the Rooftop restaurant was magical. The spread at the Buffet breakfast was amazing. Special mention to Ms Sreytouch Tep, the Duty Manager who looked after all our logistical needs in her quiet way.

Location: the hotel is centrally situated and accessible to many attractions and restaurants. I would prefer to take Grab TukTuk as it is very cheap, safe and fast. Room: hotel room is comfortably sized. Simple nice decor with enough lighting. Mattress is comfortable. I find pillow is too soft. Perhaps can give options to choose type of pillow! Aircon can be too hot middle of the night. Got to wake up to adjust the temperature. The room is “soundproof” but not 100%. Can still hear footsteps, water and door stomping sound. Every guest has to play their part to minimize noise especially back to the room late night. Breakfast: The service and variety of foods are fabulous. The GM, Ms Sarah Moya will interact with hotel guests and ensure we stayed in the hotel comfortably. Rooftop bar: nice place to chill after a day out. We enjoyed very much. Great service. Gym: nice cosy gym with working equipment. Well maintained. We would like to thank every staff who goes the extra mile to make us feel at home. Very helpful with warm smiles.

First time in Phnom Penh, that was the only reason why I choose a branded Hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast buffet was very good (Halal Foods Available). Met the Hotel manager and she was very friendly. Check-in, Check-out was easy. Near the Hotel there is Super market (Super Duper) which makes our stay very convenient. Using Grab for transport and food was excellent in Phnom Penh.

Off course, it's too expensive compared to other branded or 5 star Hotels. Behind the sliding door at bath was not clean, lot of dust which I cleaned it myself. Rooms lighting is not very bright, needs more lights in the room and bathroom.

All the staff were friendly and greeted us when they see us. When i entered my room the housekeeping had prepared the room exceptionally nice. The drawers for hairdryer were open a bit to show me there was a hair dryer there and there were notes who cleaned the room.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Also all of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions .

Centrally located. Neat and clean. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.

Basic facilities like mobile charging cables/ adapters were not available. My wife’s luggage was misplaced by the airline and her charger was in the suitcase. She struggled to find a charger till we were able to buy one the next morning.

Matrass itself was ok. Only the pillows were way too thick and not comfortable to sleep on. Had 5 days neck problems, soar, neck-pain. We needed to use the pillows from the sofa to have a little more comfort. Is not nice to use sofa pillows to sleep on.

The location was convenient... Within walking distance to a 24-HR Super Duper Supermarket. And it's reachable by Grab tuk-tuk or car.

The breakfast buffet spread was enticing the first morning since we just newly arrived. But by the 3rd morning, I wish for pancakes and such.

We only stayed 1 night before we flew out of Cambodia but the food and breakfast and everything was very good. The rooftop pool was fun.

breakfast finished at 10am on the dot so a lot was packed up when we went down at 9.45am. .I suggest maybe staying open until 10.30am to allow more time for guests.
