Comfortable beds and pillow menu, air con worked really well, clean and large room, good bathroom, very nice staff who were always willing to help - they made the stay exceptional. Pool area is nice and closes late!

The location is 20 mins walk to the river, but we knew this and we’re happy to pay for tuk tuk’s which cost $2 to get there so very easy to access. The shower didn’t have much hot water

The room is very spacious and gives a cozy feeling, hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean, with good amenities. The location is strategic, as it takes only 20 mins by tuk tuk the most, to the main scenic and tourist spots. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast spread has a very limited choice, and this is not on par with the room's high standard and hotel's level of service. The taste can be deemed as just fairly ordinary, definitely there is room for improvement. On one occasion, the food was not refilled and it was only 9am at that time. Another concern is the greens turned yellowish due to the confined heat, kindly take note of this.

We had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern and well-equipped facilities. Our room was stylish and comfortable and felt impeccably clean and new. The breathtaking view overlooking the BKK area, the Royal Palace, and the river was an absolute highlight, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Beyond the excellent amenities which are a credit to staff and management, what truly made our experience special was the warm and high quality service. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, working together seamlessly to ensure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. We especially want to commend Chamnan, Lily, Pattya, Dara, and Sophea for their exceptional hospitality – each of them contributed in their role to make our time at Capri by Fraser most enjoyable. Bliss and serenity, a comfortable oasis from the rather oppressive heat of the city. It is clear that this hotel and its dedicated team have a bright future in this competitive market. Room was nice and modern. Shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, always happy to assist and was able to give us a late check out which really helped us. The jacuzzi on the top floor gave a great view of the city. The hotel is a short tuk tuk ride away from sights like the Royal Palace and Central Market.

The breakfast buffet doesn't have a great variety and the quality was average. The room had a weird configuration for the TV. It made navigating from and to one side of the bed a little awkward.

The room was so comfortable, and we loved the rain shower in the toilet. We had stunning views of the city and woke up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning. The staff were also super attentive and accommodating. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to trendy cafes. It was a nice area to stay in!

I was told that they offered ala carte breakfast but when I asked for it, they were only serving buffet. Not a big issue but something to account for if you have an early morning tour and need to grab a bite before you go.

The service of the staff is excellent. The room is spacious and clean (not the view). I would like to thank Kol for all the help and advice he gave me. The breakfast contains Continental and Cambodian with good enough options.

1. The pillow of the room is not firm at all and deflates once you put your head on it. It creates neck pain and disturbed sleep for me. 2. I had dinner in my room (the food quality was below average and very expensive) and requested room service to pick up the plates. I waited half an hour then I left the plates in front of the room for them to pick up. The plate was finally picked up after midday the next day and it is the first thing I saw when I got out of my room and by afternoon it started to smell.

Convenient location, new hotel, clean and bright, helpful staff

I stayed on the 13th floor in room 1303. The roof top bar was directly above my room. The new decking was ripped off and in the process of being redone. First morning the drilling started at 8.03am and second morning the noise started at 8.15am. I couldn’t work in my room due to the constant drilling during the day. I wished they had considered that before assigning my room. I would also like to suggest Solar film for the full height windows. The afternoon sun is too hot and glaring for the room if I draw open the curtains fully to enjoy the lovely view.

Everything is so perfect, very glad that I booked Capri, Once I got back to hotel, feel relaxed and welcomed by the friendly and smiling staff, I always get a good rest here. It's safe and very clean, bed is comfy, and there are lots of pillow types for your choice. Location is perfect, eateries nearby are delicious, grab tuk tuk is convenient. Walking distance or grab a few min to major place of interest. Thanks to all staff for making this stay wonderful!

Really amazing hotel, nice modern room with awesome view over the city comfortable bed with even a pillow menu. Nice large bathroom with a great shower. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi are an amazing place to spend down time while visiting the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us have a perfect time. I also recommend the street restaurant right in front for a real Anthony Bourdain experience.

Big, clean, modern hotel. Bedrooms and dining came with a great view. We made use of rooftop plunge pool, gym and found the laundry facility very useful. Royal Palace and waterfront are 15 mins walk in one direction and restaurants of Langka and Bassac Lanes in another. Staff were lovely and friendly.
