We switched properties at the last minute after seeing this hotel. This properties beautiful. Lovely pool, roof top bar and seating area. Our room was lovely too, the comfort double, even without a view it was still a lovely room. We were out all day at the pool or in the city. Happy hour is great, lovely cocktails. Staff are so helpful Would definitely stay again Good breakfast We visited the killing fields and museum as well as mumma wongs

Minor things just as feedback. Coffee at breakfast is a little strong for the English taste. Latte is fine though. Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel are too expensive. You can use grab which provides an excellent service at a fraction of the cost. The 15% discount on food and drinks at the hotel should be deducted automatically.

It is a well run Hotel. Everything works The breakfast was especially good and the bed was large and comfortable. The room set out was good and the toilet/bathroom was functional. I changed cash at the desk and the rate was reasonable. Plenty of Tuk Tuks at the door.

The roof pool area was not conducive to relaxing and enjoying the delightful pool. And this also is so for the bar. The Hotel does not have a Cambodian feel to it. It is more like a high rise hotel in China. Very ornate with Faux decoration scheme throughout. Nothing quaint about it.

What a beautiful place to stay in. We stayed for one night and it definitely felt like luxury in comparison to other places. Stunning roof top with bar but as imagined it was more expensive for food and drinks but again, was to be expected. Staff are so friendly, loved them all. We did it as part of a backpacking trip but it definitely didn't feel like it was for "backpackers" just to the nature of it and with it catering for lots of European people on holiday. With that said would totally recommend

Loved the hotel. The photos do not do the pool area justice. It's really nice to relax by the pool after a morning sight seeing. Location good. Anywhere is local with a tuc tuc!), easy to get around the city. Download the grab app ( it's like uber but better) trips around the city $1 typically. Can get to killing fields etc in a tuc tuc, cheaper than organised trip amd you stay in control of timings. Breakfast great, omelette, eggs benedict plus all usual stuff you can eat. Nice coffee made fresh. Staff lovely. Spacious rooms. I would definitely stay here again.if in Phnom penn

The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean and water was provided on a daily basis. Breakfast was good with a variety of different options which included specialty coffee. Excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Hotel provides a driver for hire for the day to show you around the sites. This was a nice service to be able to schedule.

Pool was beautiful but there wasn’t enough cover from the sun. Very nice wine restaurant but unfortunately when we were there the menu was changing therefore many items weren’t available and the wine bar didn’t have a good selection of wines. Wines they did have were overpriced.

The bed was comfortable not hard as a lot are in South East Asia. it had two seats that were comfortable to relax in. The room was clean, the shower hot. The rooftop pool was warm and relaxing and there was a bar up there as-well. The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere with a huge variety of both Asian and western choices with cakes, fruit, juice and cooked to order. I had eggs Benedict a couple of times, perfect. We started and finished with barista made coffee. The staff were helpful with tours and transport. There are lots of nice restaurants in the same street.

Outstanding accommodations in a former French mansion with beautiful lobby/dining room and rooftop pool/bar/dining area. Staff was very nice, room also good, but these common areas surpassed most hotels I have stayed in. Great location, communication good, they changed currency for me, excellent breakfast, good water temp and pressure, etc. All the standard issues very good, but the common areas were Wow! They are enlarging the hotel but the noisy phase seems to have passed because in three nights I dead not bothered by any building ongoing.

Fantastic hotel, great room.

American tour in for a couple of days and there was not enough food for everyone at breakfast. That was poor planning for a 4 star hotel. Not impressed with that Building work was also taking place at the hotel. Extremely loud jack hammers going from 7.30 am all day until 11.30 pm until we complained to the manager. He then stopped the work at 5.00 pm each day. When booking this hotel we should have been told about the building work, an extension on the side of the hotel for all floors , only a corridor away from our room. The alternative rooms offered to us were no better as the noise from the building work was just as bad.

I am a frequent traveller, and I can say with sincererity that I have never experienced better customer service than at this hotel. The staff are the most humble, polite, helpful, and accommodating I have ever seen. In addition to this extraordinary service, I had a medical emergency whilst staying there, and their concern and actions were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. I thank them kindly. Oh, and the location and breakfast were also top notch.

Anik is a haven within Phnom Penh. On arrival our room was upgraded and a welcome drink and cold towel offered. The rooms are fabulous, spacious and have comfortable beds, the air con is very good. The staff could not do enough and were all extremely friendly (special mention for Sambo at the poolside bar :) ). The rooftop pool is fantastic and so pretty when lit by lamplight at night. The restaurant food is also very good and the prices reasonable

There is a huge amount of construction in Phnom Penh at present so you will be aware of it and particularly at the pool albeit it is not constant The only other thing to mention is that there were some weird decorative touches in the room, in particular two large porcelain rabbits and art work of Paris, it would be nice to have local art work
