The location was good and staff was very nice. I really liked the decor, attached balcony and the spacious bathroom.

The Balcony of all the rooms were connected so most of the time could not keep the door or window blinds up lest there are people outside. The breakfast menu really needs some work specially for vegetarians. One one main thing and one drink could be ordered. Though they were kind enough to let me order from the main menu to enjoy other veg options when I had asked. Also there was no milk and coffee sachets provided in the room. Hence making milk tea or coffee was impossible unless one buys their own milk. The grocery stores are closely.

The breakfasts we had were excellent, the menu was sufficiently large. The location is in the middle of one of the trendy areas of the city. There is a small swimming pool on the top floor which is nice and has a pleasant seating area around it with views over the neighbourhood. Whilst it is possible to walk to many of the main tourist sites from the hotel, there isn't always enough pavement to walk along the streets easily.

As this was our first time coming to Phnom Penh, we weren't sure what to expect of the neighbourhood. It turned out to be one of the fanciest areas of the city. Accordingly this area has many restaurants but they are not the cheapest.

Wonderful lovely Khmer Style design with little nice details. Location in good area and walking distance to Kings Palace, Riverside, Tuol-Sleng-Genozid Museum and other places. Breakfast can be choosen from a menue (1 dish and drink) with good variety. The restaurant offers delicious meals. Son of the owner speaks excellent english (mother tongue). Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice roof top pool area with seating possibilities and sunbeds.

Not fault of the hotel, but important to know: Unfortunately there is a major construction site in front of the hotel, so loud construction noise arises from 7:00am - 6:00pm. If people doing sightseeing during the day, no problem. If people stay in the hotel during the day it could be a problem.

The Khmer Surin hotel was fabulous. We were immediately presented with a fresh coconut and cold towel upon arrival and time to relax before completing admin etc. The room was lovely and the decor throughout the hotel was quirky and laid back and there was great attention to detail. But the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake and almost essential when the heat outside was 35+ degrees. Everything was kept clean and well maintained and the staff always had a smile on their faces and were very helpful. They also had a street food stand just outside the hotel (with seating) which looked delicious and we ate in the restaurant one evening which was also great and meant we didn't have to head out into the heat!

The breakfast menu was delicious and a great selection, but only one dish was included per person per day, so unlike a buffet if you were very hungry you couldn't go back for more without extra cost. However the portions were a good size and this wasn't an issue for us. Also the hot drinks and fruit were unlimited, so that was great.

Beautiful building and interior. Great twin room and lovely beds!Pillows! And crisp white sheets! Apologies for my giddiness on this but it was a real treat after over a couple of months travelling and not really having any of those - I’d didn’t think I was so bothered until I saw sparkly white sheets 🤩 cosy bed AND pillows! Good nights sleep as we were not on the front of hotel. Also…with very spacious shower room and double sink. Nice pool area. Not a huge fan of those but as we spent a day planning onward travel it was thee perfect place! Staff are able to arrange tours if you wish. Food available at the hotel and I think an additional restaurant on 2nd floor - we didn’t visit.

With such a beautiful building throughout, I thought the effort to maybe keep things cleaner around the table areas in dinning and pool area. Be a shame for it to become overly grubby. I think I feel this way because it was a real treat for us to stay in this sort of accommodation during our travels and so it seemed to jump out more than the less lovely places we’ve stayed.

Very nice hotel, very clean and very gorgeous.The rooms have a very nice decoration and the balcony a great view (I stayed in the 10th floor). The pool can be used at night and was very refreshing. The staff was very polite at all times and welcomed me with a coconut drink. The breakfast (Avocado Toast with egg) was very tasty and also the pineapple rice which I had one day for dinner. The area is also well located, not far away from the main sights. I walked 20-25min or you can take a TukTuk everywhere around. ATM and supermarkets as well as a lot of restaurants are very close to the hotel.

I'm on a months long trip, this was one of my favorite hotels in Southeast Asia.. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable. Restaurant is tasty (get the pineapple rice), pool gorgeous with cool and refreshing water. It's located near a million restaurants and things to see. There is a safe in the room. The staff were kind and the manager who went out of his way to help me with my reservation. This was one of those rare hotels where you wander around wondering how you could have been so lucky to stay there.

Great location with convenience stores, laundromat, pretty much anything you need within walking distance. Everything else can be reached easily on a tuktuk. The beds are comfy and shower is awesome! We never ran out of hot water (family of 3) and the water pressure was great. Staff are friendly and accommodating

If I had to be picky, the menu is a bit limiting. We weren't able to dine in for lunch or dinner as there wasnt really anything available for my picky 7 year old - this is not a complaint though! The food we were served was quite nice (this is coming from a Khmer born in a western country)

This was the cutest hotel we stayed in so far. The attention to detail in the room and the common areas was amazing: the bedroom was nicely decorated with lovely tiles and all furniture had a unique touch. Absolutely a wonderful place to return to at the end of the day. You also have access to a balcony and the swimming pool at on the rooftop. Breakfast was great - menu a la carte with lots of healthy options to choose from.

It can get a little noisy as it’s at the corner of a relatively busy street. Bring earplugs!

The location is great, the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, it has a modernized hint at tradition, without going over the top. It is more pleasant than some of the very modern white interiors of new hotels - this is a new hotel with better taste. The swimming pool is very nice, breakfast is good. A good place to be!

I have no complaints whatsoever....can't think of anything.
