I've mostly been backpacking and staying in very budget accommodations, but after a recent negative experience I decided to splurge a bit and I wasn't disappointed. The room was huge and super clean. The shower had hot water and great water pressure. They provided some toiletries and water in the room. The boss is Korean and so they cater to a lot of Korean customers with Korean and English speaking staff and services (and it's near several Korean restaurants, and they have ramyeon and a water filter in the lobby). It's really nice to have a piece of home here after traveling for a while. I'm planning to come back for a night before my flight home.

I love the customer service and the kindness of the personal! Everyone was always trying to help. The hotel was good, clean and well distributed. The AC works properly and the amenities in the hotel were great. I also took the massage service (which has a discount for hotel guests) and I enjoyed a lot, were 2 hours of completely relaxation! I’d highly recommend this place

I think the location is a bit far from the main things in the city, but nothing that a quick trip in tuk tuk couldn’t fix.

This hotel looks new. It was clean, the room was big with all amenities, aircon, fan, wifi, fridge, hot water everything worked to perfection. Room also had a big balcony. The location was great near restaurants, bars and you can easily get around anywhere in the city from this location. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful with whatever was needed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Lots of 24 hour convenience stores nearby. The room was very comfortable - AC was excellent, there’s also a fan. Huge balcony. Very quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Superb value.

The shower head needs to be replaced. I would’ve preferred a light next to the bed so I didn’t have to get up and turn on the main room light to see anything at night.

The rooms are huge! as in the bathroom. Great location in Phnom Penh that feels close to the main areas. The area around the hotel also has good food options. Although not the cheapest option it definitely was comfortable.

While not terrible - the A/C definitely struggles to cool the size of the room. Bear that in mind if that easily bothers you.

Everything was perfect !!! The room was Big and Clean, with A/C and a fridge. The personnel was really nice and helpful and spoke english really well. The hotel is located in the city center, you have supermarkets, restaurants, bars (rooftop bars also), cafés around. I highly recommend !!!

We were upgraded to a family room with 2 large beds (#502) and each bed has 4 pillows! Huge room with a balcony. The room is clean and very comfortable. I could sleep all day in these beds. There is a comfy couch. WiFi is fast.
