Nice place on a quiet street . Pool looked good but it closed too early . I like to swim when I am drunk but the hotel does not want drunk people drowning in a pool that is only waist deep. I liked the great street view from my balcony. I liked the restaurants at the end of the street . I am still unsure if the massage parlours on the street were prostitutes or just massage therapists maybe next trip. Fridge was huge and kept my beer cold , ice cold.

I wasnt keen when I found a cockroach in the fridge which was turned off when I entered the room , the fridge got real cold real quick and the cockroach stopped moving , I thought about mouth to mouth to try and save it but then thought nah let it stay dead.

The location provides easy access to the sights and delights of Phnom Penh, without the noise and the crowds of the riverside area. We stayed in a suite on the upper floor. The room was large and clean, there was a sizeable fridge, coffee coffee-making facilities, and the bathroom was provided with full amenities. The bed had a firm mattress, there was a work desk and a large dining table. There was a large bath and a shower. The water pressure was excellent and the water hot. The lift worked well and came quickly. The 12th-floor suite afforded good views of the local area and all the way to the river. The room was well above the constant street noise below. The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for either casual travellers or for those who need a quiet place to work with good wifi.

The one drawback is that the restaurant is not currently open. However, there are many easy dining options in the immediate vicinity. The Arnika, on the corner, serves a wide range of breakfasts, there is a good Indian restaurant right next door, and all the culinary delights of Phnom Penh are only a Tuk Tuk ride away

One thing if you’re looking to book the rooftop terrace room for the bath - note that you’ll be in the tub staring directly into someone’s living room about 15 feet away

We really enjoy at Arison Hotel. They offer us a high quality hospitality with customer service. We really satisfied with the stay. They even upgraded us to suite room for free with out any charge. The room is clean and very comfortable. The facility is very good.

I live in Vietnam and chose to do my visa run in Phnom Penh. I was traveling alone and just wanted a quiet/ relaxing stay. The hotel is located just far enough away from the city center. The street the hotel is on was super quiet even though there is a club and bars down the street. I was on the 9th floor and didn't hear anything. The room was larger than I thought it would be. The bed was super comfortable! The bathtub is huge by SE Asia standards. My partner is 6'4" and would definitely have had extra room to stretch out. You could go out and walk to many nearby places to eat. But it was really hot and I was feeling lazy and just used the Grab app. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I almost didn't book because I read a few reviews about construction noise. Again , I was on the 9th floor and it was very quiet and peaceful. I also really appreciated that guests with children were on a separate floor. Will definitely stay again!

I wish there was a restaurant on site, but then again Grab is available

We stayed at Arison hotel for 4 nights and had a great stay. The hotel is in a very central location within walking or short taxi ride to both the riverfront and Genocide Museum. The rooms are spacious and comfortable although we did find they were a bit dusty as well. The showers pressure is good and water warm. For anyone that reads other comments saying the water is tepid or cold, you have to run it for a bit when you first get into the room for it to run hot. It took us about 10 mins before it got genuinely hot. The gym is small but sufficient and the pool was pleasant, certainly not warm but a nice temperature to swim to cool off from the heat of Phnom Penh. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

Nothing. Perhaps the rooms could do with a deep clean as they were a bit dusty under some of the furniture but otherwise all good!

Absolutely Fabulous of a stay, I cannot recommend enough to make Arison Hotel your stay in the city. The quality of stay I had received was impeccable & has been my favourite stay on my trip so far.Great rooms with amazing views all with great affordability & all the facilities you could ask for.The staff are absolutely lovely they cannot be more useful & helpful I would especially like to thank staff member Thanun for his excellent customer service, kind & welcoming nature, his hard work to ensure every guest is well looked after makes you feel you're right at home.I extended my stay three times to stay in this hotel & without no doubts when i am back to visit I will most definitely be staying in this hotel.Thank you again Arison Hotel.

Reception staff were approachabe, friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were efficient. Pool clean, just a little chilly due to cool season and being covered in, allowing no chance for sun to heat the water.

Not the fault of hotel staff,. but very loud noises from the room next door (like furniture being thrown around) from midnight until 4am two nights in a row made sleep impossible between those times. When I approached the reception staff member on the second disturbed night, hespoke to the guest on the second night, the noise abated and, fortunately the guest checked out the next day. Disappointing that the restaurant has been closed since Covid. The toilet door needed fixing as it was hard to open and close, rubbed on the floor and was difficult and noisy to move.

The Arison is a gem. It is recently renovated, with a beautiful French colonial-style lobby and great attention to detail in the rooms. The staff upgraded me to a top floor suite with an enormous balcony with a bathtub on it! The rooms are spacious, quiet, very modern bathrooms - all that one could wish. The location on 278 is convenient to restaurants and a refined dining and bar street (Langka Lane) only a few minutes walk away. The best gym in the city is even closer. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to assist for all needs. As you can tell, I highly recommend the Arison.

None - it was an ideal stay.

The room was massive with 2 queen beds, fridge, desk the usual and a massive stone bath, which I didn't get around to using. There was a separate toilet and shower. The shower was powerful and very, very hot. The TV had a mixture of channels, there was tea, coffee and creamer as well as the usual bathroom What impressed me, and this may sound trivial, was they had a soap dish for the soap. I can't remember the last place I stayed that had that! The aircon took a while to cool the room down, it was a massive room, but once it got there it was fine...see recommendation. Friends used the pool, it looked nice but I can't comment further. I didn't use the gym. There were no restaurant facilities, but that didn't matter as there are so many places to eat and drink within a stagger. The staff were all very friendly. I'm not sure if I can say anything was outstanding, but everything just did what it should. The decor was nice, so apart from offering extra amenities, I don't know what this hotel could do to get a better rating. For the price, it was outstanding value for money and when I am next in PP I will stay there. Recommendation: Phnom Penh is very hot, even for me and I've lived in the tropics for 28 years. A room fan would just help you cool down until the air did its job.
