Located on the main new street, lots of bars and restqurants around. Everything was walking distance. Room was very clean and facilities were new. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Booking.com says it should include breqkfast bu it does not. Considering the price, it should include it.

The rooms in Times Hotel are cleaned every day and are spotless. The cleaners mop the floor very thoroughly, so much so I was confident walking around barefoot. The hotel is great value for money for what you get You get free water and soft drink. The staff are very nice, maybe too nice. Some customers seem to take advantage of staff kindness. The hotel accepts credit card whereas many other hotels only accept cash. Note that you are required to pay a deposit that you get back at the end of the stay. There is a laundry machine in the hotel and the staff are generous to teach you how to use it, but note detergent has a fee if you buy it from the hotel. The location near Bassac Lane is great. Bassac Lane is great during the evening and night, but during the day it is not as great because there are many scooters and tuk tuks that go through it, making it uncomfortable to walk through. Nevertheless, the Bassac Lane area is a lot more quiet and less hectic compared to the Riverside area. For some reason, Times Hotel is one of the only hotels where, once I walk out, there is no one asking me if I want a tuk tuk. This means I can use a ride hailing app in peace. For most other hotels, as soon as you walk out, a swarm of touts are trying to sell you their tuk tuk services.

The pool is only cleaned once a week. Towards the end of the week, the pool is noticeably dirty. The pool is also quite small. If you're looking for a good pool, choose another hotel.

It was quiet, clean, and we felt safe and well cared for. The rooftop pool and treadmill are great, and the bed is comfortable. The TV had many many options including Netflix. The breakfast was generous and the free vouchers were also very good value. We were impressed

Just the bathroom - there was a smell from the drain. This is Just Phnom Penh - I’m not sure what can be done. If you close the door it’s Ok. Maybe a scented reed or candle on the bathroom would help

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t available for the duration of my stay

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great and you can do your own laundry for free, including dryer. You just need to buy detergent at the shop around the corner. The check in and out was smooth (10 USD deposit) and our room had a nice balcony with a view.

It was quite noisy during our stay. You can hear the bars around the corner, which is to be expected given the location and we did not mind. However, directly in front of our balcony there was a huge construction site with work starting early in the morning (which is most likely a temporary issue and there are rooms facing the other side, a heads up would have been appreciated though). The washing machine could be cleaned more often as it smells a bit.

Great little spot tucked away on a quiet street but close to some great restaurants! Our room was exactly as pictured, hot water worked well and was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The Egyptian restaurant downstairs also served great food so if we didn’t want to leave for a meal we didn’t have to.

The only thing was that breakfast was advertised as available for purchase at the property and both mornings we went down to purchase breakfast only to be told both times that it was unavailable just for that day (two days in a row). A bit disappointing.

Great location & great hotel especially for big room with balcony, & clean with good shower/bathroom..definately superb value. The surrounding area has amazing assortment of foods from lovely dumplings to Spanish,mexican, western style, local,indian & arabic including Egyptian restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel..could have stayed here longer, but already booked another area, & here's ( 🙌)o the lovely people that work here..Thankyou

Hotel was easy to find and a good base to travel from to other areas of the city. Our room was on the 9th floor and had fabulous views Free washing machine and drier was a real bonus, just supply your own wash powder

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. A room clean needs to be requested at reception or it doesn't get done. Reception staff are very ambivalent to guests and don't make any effort to talk or help unless approached We tried to book a boat trip without success Swimming pool wasn't clean and poolside area was a bit neglected

Hotel is near walking street just 1 minute walking with many leisure activities and food and drink. Generally, we were satisfied with our choice. The staff was helpful.

The shower was broken and I asked the receptionist to fix it then it was fixed but not 100%. The under bed floor was not clean, I by accident looked under the bed to find something dropped and saw lots of dust. The cleaner should do it daily and it is not difficult to do it.

Within Bassac Lane but at the same time, you couldn’t really hear the noise inside the property. Staff were helpful and friendly and they always greeted me with warm smiles. The Egyptian restaurant downstairs also has a lot of delectable selections and the owner(?) was nice and friendly too.

Bathroom (sink area) looks a little dated and one of the doors was removed and almost fell on my feet. Not a big deal though
