Nice apartment with a wonderful view, including two small balconies. Decent bedroom size, with a huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was acceptable although the draining wasn’t great. Decently located. Staff were extremely kind and hospitable and most certainly one of the most polite groups of people. This made for a very pleasant stay, on top of the simplistic but traditional styled decor which we very much appreciated.

There was no cutlery or crockery to use. The location is fairly well placed but you’ll need Tuktuks to get about in the heat. The ally that the hotel is situated down looks a little ominous but it’s absolutely fine. The curtains weren’t particularly blackout either, so not great for light sleepers.

Welcoming /friendly staff, easy check in/check out. Clean crisp bed linen, room cleaned and fresh towels, bottled water, coffee replenished each day. Got room upgrade and super happy with kitchen/sitting area, fridge and kettle and 2 balconies with great city views! TV with sports channel so able to catch Wimbledon Tennis after my sightseeing days, perfect! Good location - good restaurants nearby and boulevard to stroll along after dinner and walk off the calories!

The staff are amazing , probably some of the best i have found! So helpful and friendly, it smelt really good everywhere which was lovely! the room was great, comfy bed, good shower and facilities, even the tv worked! The location is quite central with a good variety of shops and restaurants, will definitely stay there again when i’m next up in PP

Its down an alleyway that some people could find a bit scary but used to those in Cambodia so didn’t bother me

The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff whenever I saw them was an absolute joy. The room was spacious and comfortable.

When the taxi driver said he couldn't drop me at the front door, I was a little surprised. The reason was that the entrance is in a narrow alleyway. It didn't look very appealing to say the least. However, I soon got used to it, and in the end it was all part of my adventure.

This was a lovely little city hotel. I didn’t expect to have two rooms and a bathroom which was a nice surprise. The staff were amazing, friendly and kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The lift was a big bonus. I can’t climb stairs well so I really appreciated a 7th floor room with a view across the city.

A small restaurant would have been nice but the location was central so plenty coffee shops and cafes.

I stay Botum palace Hotel only for 1 night but I love it this Hotel first of all once I in the hotel Management give welcome I appreciate Botum palace hotel Management 2nd things is that hotel lobby area design it was Amazing I heard from Mr Mohsan who is Manager in hotel he said Hotel CEO he love Art so he is the one Architect this hotel Design the once I inter in my room Wow it was amazing too I would like to recommend everyone book Botum palace hotel I will must must come again in my next trip .

Morning receptionist was absolutely excellent. Super helpful and energetic: truly the soul of the hotel. Room was quite large and comfortable with excellent views of the city. You need to walk on a narrow lane for about 5m to get to.the entrance but it really doesn't feel unsafe.

Evening receptionists were a bit odd, unspirited, and immersed on the computers watching videos at full loudness. The hotel has no restaurant, although there are many good options around. There's a huge construction site right in front of the hotel so it can get a bit loud during the day.

Great location with market nearby and a short ride to the riverside and palace. Staff was so sweet and helpful. The front desk girls and guys light up your day with their smiles and enthusiasm.

A little hard to spot the first time around as it's in an alley and no clear signs.

We arrived at 7am and check in was at 2pm and the receptionist done everything he could to get us in early (which he was able to) and even gave us an upgraded room! Everyone was so pleasant the staff are lovely. We are backpacking and decided to treat ourself to a nice hotel and this is by far the comfiest bed we’ve had! 10/10 would highly recommend.

The first room we were in was really hot, shower broken…. The manager changed us right away. The second room was comfortable, spacious and had a good bed and good pillows. It is near a group of restaurants and night places. Not far from Palace.

The only thing that I really didn’t like is the alley the hotel sits on. It is dark, dirty and there are rats. It is better to go from the front (alley shorter) than from the back.
