The whole property was beautiful. On arrival we were helped with our luggage by the staff at the entrance. On entering the lobby, we were impressed with the decor (and the beautiful smell). The staff on reception were efficient when checking us in. The room was lovely, especially 2 balconies. The bed, albeit a little hard, was comfortable. The shower always had hot water, and the products were replenished daily. Lots of storage. We used the gym, which was more than adequate with excellent machines, and towels and water provided. We did not use the swimming pool. However, it appeared well maintained with towels and seating available. It's a great location and easy to either walk or get tuk tuks to any location. The security was good, and the staff was always attentive when we returned each day. Housekeeping replenished water, towels, and coffee/milk and came in daily. Disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay and that we had to move hotels due to being full.

Certainly not a big issue. However, I would prefer plain coffee rather than coffee/milk mix. Slippers would be a nice touch to go with the bathrobes.

Comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen, on the 9th floor with view on the Botumvatey monastery below and further on the royal palace. Great indoor pool for relaxing. Everything excellent except...

...improper use of the refrigerator, part of the apartment with kitchen use that we had rented. We found it complimentary water and beer. We consumed them and then used the refrigerator as obvious for our personal use, but water and beer were offered back to us. Very nice and kind, but finally at check out these supplies were made to us pay, without any different notice, at four times the price compared to the 7/11 market 100 m away. It's a shame to compromise in this way an accommodation rented as independent, otherwise perfect. So, please be careful with the complimentary gifts. And be careful of the repeated offers of transfers to the airport always at a price more than three times higher than the taxis contacted personally. It seems to be manager's style.

Breakfast is sufficient, tasty enough for me, and not too heavy on the stomach.

Breakfast is a little limited and more or less the same every day. Too much pork in the meals, no good for Muslims or Jews. One girl serving was not friendly at all, while the other was extremely nice. It would be better if they asked the individual customers if they wanted eggs, or noodle soup cooking, instead of expecting them to ask.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of Royal Palace , Independence Monument and a 10 min walk ( 2 min Tuk Tuk to Bassac Street / Lane for drinks and food . We had a two bed family suite which had everything you required and ample space for our 2-3 days in Phnom Penh . Indoor pool area is very well appointed and relaxing we did use the really nice outdoor pool at there sister hotel 5 min away on two afternoons . Breakfast was decent and adequate for our stay

location is down a small road some people might get put off about going out late but this was never an issue , Phnom penh is a very comfortable city to walk around at any time of day

The staff were excellent, from the security man outside, to the reception, to the waiting staff at breakfast, and the housekeeping. The views from the hotel (which I have visited before) are still amazing, despite the high-rising building being constructed all around. Every time we returned to the hotel, the security man (especially the one in the evening) helped us.

The air conditioning seemed temperamental, definitely not remaining at the temperature set.

We had a Premier Double Room with Temple View (see photos) and it was perfect! Huge apartment style room, with kitchen, lounge with a great sofa, dining area, desk, bathroom, and fantastic bedroom with the super comfiest bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my partner was ill during our 6 days in Phnom Penh (3 nights at this stay) and they kindly allowed me to take bread and bananas from breakfast buffet for him. I used the lovely pool and gym, both really nice. I would certainly stay here again if we were ever back in the city. There was an enormous fireworks display on our last night and we saw the whole show from our room 🥰

the staff were very friendly. The manager greeted me to check everything was good and I happy. Massage was excellent and one of the best I have had if not the best. Breakfast and room service was excellent and great variety on menue. The location is great and close to many Cambodian monuments. Overall the experience was excellent and I cannot say enough about all staff and the service

there was nothing to dislike

We loved everything! Breakfast was amazing with different options, we enjoyed the gym once, and the pool access to both properties was 5 star quality. We used transportation from airport as we had traveled 22hours, expensive but worth it when you are tired and want to experience stress free arrival. We enjoyed a wonderful meal the night of our arrival. Will book again! Wish we stayed longer!

Everything was perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. The location was great, tucked away on a relatively quiet street. I had a beautiful suite, it felt very grand, gorgeous big bed, spacious bathroom, cute little balcony and a nice view. The pool area was very pretty although being inside I didn't spend as much time there as I would if it was outdoors (although I believe there is a sister property with an outdoor pool which guests have access to). Would highly recommend this hotel for a Phnom Penh stay.

Exceptional quality hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we spent a lot of time using the facilities at the sister hotel The Resort and this was a great bonus. We were treated extremely well by the staff in both hotels, Sopat (food and beverage manager) was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that we had anything that we wanted and always made a point of coming over to see us whenever we were around. Bo (security guy who tried to teach us Cambodian) was very patient with our efforts. Chor, Death, Bootie. The list is endless and we have never known such amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was excellent at both hotels with a great variety. The pool was lovely. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
