This hotel is a little gem of a place, a quiet jungle oasis in the middle of the city. It is so peaceful and just a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are lovely and well maintained and the sister hotel a short walk away has a rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast is served by a small pool and freshly made to order. Staff were brilliant, helpful and attentive. Getting us tuktuks and organising tours for us. Cannot recommend enough.

The mosquitos were quite prevalent during our stay! The hotel did use citronella and had nets on the beds, little more they could do.

Great location and wonderful staff. Our room was spacious and well layed out with a small but great bathroom/shower room. Excellent to be able to use the facilities of Penh House Hotel next door which has a fantastic bar upstairs with great views of the city especially at night.

Mosquitoes, mosquitoes and more mosquitoes in our room and from speaking to other guests not the only room with this problem!!! Very small onsite pool and whilst the pool at the sister hotel is huge it lacks feel and ambience and you get the notion it could be a pool anywhere in the world instead of feeling like South East Asia. Expensive to have coffee by the pool at $3 a pop when your an avid coffee or tea drinker. Also finding yourself gazing at the local feral cat as it goes to the toilet next to the pool does not endear patrons for a return!

We are extremely happy with our choice to stay at Jungle Addition. All staff members were kind, polite and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The hotel has more of a villa style feeling rather then hotel which we really liked. The jungle-feel atmosphere was a big bonus being in the city center and it really felt very shaded and natural. We enjoyed the possibility to use the facilities of their second hotel Penh House down the street as the rooftop pool and restaurant are unbelievably beautiful and provide a truly unique experience- we spent most of our time at that gorgeous pool- not to be missed! Also made use of the gym that is also located at the second hotel. We were very impressed with both hotels and had a complete and unforgettable experience.

The breakfast, even though generous, was not up to hotel standard in our opinion. Even though everything was available and unlimited we felt like the quality wasn't really there. Simple white bread and pastry, sweet yogurt (why?) and no fresh orange juice (boxed), local dishes like noodle soup, need improvement - coffee was ok . Even thought breakfast was included and we did not pay extra for it we kind of expected more as everything else about this property was on point. We still give the hotel a 10 as it did not ruin our overall experience and desire to come back.

Staying at Jungle Addition was one of the highlights of my time in Phnom Penh. This hotel feels like a true hidden oasis right in the heart of the city — surrounded by lush plants, beautiful design elements, and a calm atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. I loved how the entire place is filled with greenery, creating a peaceful, almost jungle-like vibe, even though you’re just minutes away from the city’s lively streets. A special mention goes to the amazing staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with transport, or anything else you might need. Their positive energy truly adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re visiting Phnom Penh for sightseeing or just want to unwind in a beautiful setting, Jungle Addition is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back!

A beautiful peaceful property in the heart of the city. Close enough to walk to riverfront and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff who also booked our onward bus and ferry tickets for us. Pool was spotless. Breakfast was excellent by the pool from a menu, order as many things as you wanted. Quiet room, good Wi-Fi. The room was well equipped with everything you need.

The major letdown of our room was the appalling lighting. There was no direct lighting from above. The bedside lights were dim and not bright enough to illuminate the room or read by. It made for a dark and dingy room where we couldn't read without using our torches. If the lighting had been better, we would have rated a 10.

We we super happy to spend a few nights at this hotel, to relax and rest after our long flights. Very calm district. Centrally located. Caring and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Mattress topper available on request. Comfortable room. Bodia products available for use. Great fitness room and rooftop pool available at sister hotel (Penh House), about 1 min walk from Jungle Addition.

Repetitive breakfast. Little Khmer offer. More fruits and fresh vegetables would be welcome to have a great day start. Room lighting could be a bit stronger. A/C on the noisy side. You may hear people chatting out of your room if they lack discretion.

We loved this hotel and had a wonderful stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful and attentive to needs. We had two rooms for our family (2 teenagers and 2 parents). Rooms were spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Location was excellent, within walking distance of where we wanted to go. Coming back to the hotel was like coming back to a peaceful oasis in the city. Pool was cool and refreshing on a hot day. Breakfast was fantastic. Great offerings and freshly made to order (not buffet). Lovely dining tables around the pool area. We left early on our last day and were given take away Breakfast packages which included all the items available at breakfast in a box. Such a kind gesture. We also used the pool of Penh house hotel nearby (affiliated hotel) and views were awesome at sunset. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phnom Penh.

- Very clean and spatious rooms with comfortable bed and great shower. Mosquito net above the bed which will protect you at night. - As the name suggests, the hotel gives you a Jungle vibe with many trees around the pool in the inner yard. The hotel is located in a relatively small street, making it very calm and quite, so you don’t really notice you’re in a big hectic city once inside. - As a guest of Jungle Addition, you can make use of the rooftop pool at the neighboring Penh House hotel (which has the same owner). This allows you to experience both the rooftop, while having a more authentic/boutique style room at Jungle Addition. - The hotel is nicely located in the center of Phnom Penh. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace.

- The breakfast is a la carte and very tasty, but the number of options to choose from is rather limited.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jungle Addition, in particular we loved its sister hotel Penh House rooftop facilities - infinity pool and restaurant area with amazing views where we spent our last night and last day in Cambodia - a great way to finish our holiday :) I liked the interior design of our room at the Jungle Addition and the hotel staff were very competent and helpful. The hotel breakfast served around the pool area was also nice however, the nearby Penh House common area rooftop set up was definitely worth the short walk and much more special than at the Jungle Addition and the arrangement in place worked really well for us.

The outdoor area and the pool were nice but not that amazing... Our room (on the ground floor) seemed a bit dark inside but it was very comfortable.

Jungle addition is located in a lovely leafy street near the Grand palace and other main attractions. These are only a short tuk tuk ride away with some wonderful food and drink options within walking distance. We found the staff to be excellent, breakfast was overall very good. Nice little pool for a cool down after a day of exploring Phnom Penh. Our room was well appointed and spacious with both aircon and ceiling fans. Bathroom was a generous size and very modern. Overall 10/10 would recommend and will definetly come back when visiting Phnom Penh.
