The hotel is well located. The swimming pool in the rooftop offers an incredible view on the city. You can actually order your breakfast to have it served in a platter in the swimming pool. The rooms are quite big. There are many choices for breakfast, including a noodle station outside to have a local breakfast !

You can tell that the building is getting old. Rooms are clean but some areas are a bit damaged. The staff do not always understand English which can lead to difficult situations : my friend have asked if the broth of the noodles was vegan. They said yes, then they add "with pork and chicken" 😅 but they do they are doing their best

The rooftop pool and sky bar has the most beautiful view of the city and since the hotel is centrally located in Phnom Penh it makes it easy to get around. We stayed in the family room with two connected bedrooms which worked very well with two teenage/early adult sons. The hotel staff was extremely sweet and helpful. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a food market within walking distance.

There is a room above the rooftop pool that can be rented for parties, which happened when we were there. It was not a big problem but we could hear karaoke on the 8th floor where we stayed..

Great location close to the Royal Palace and riverside restaurants.

Breakfast was OK but could be improved.

They had a variety of options for breakfast. Don’t miss the egg/noodle bar where you can get omelettes, noodles, or eggs any style. The room was pretty large and modern. They have a ton of places to store your items: shelves, a lockbox, a drawer, etc. The rooftop pool and restaurant are nice as well. The bed and pillows were soft and comfy and was a nice change from the harder beds/pillows I experienced in Thailand.

I wish they had more hangers in the rooms. 3 is not enough for most people. I see a lot of complaints about the hot water in the shower. If you use it at full blast it will run out in about 3 minutes. But, there is no need to run it on full pressure. Lower the water pressure to low-mid and you will have hot water for plenty of time and will not likely run out.

The bed was super comfy, the location was great too.nice and quiet but close to the water front . There was also a great little restaurant in the side alley where you have breakfast. It was called Bat Chum Villa and restaurant . The service was great and the food was super nice and an awesome price. You must visit it .

Our shower in the room was very small,a massive shower head that was way too big for the actual space that sprayed water in every direction except down 😂! Couldn't shave my legs or wash my hair without banging my elbows. Also we were women up alot from the bar and restaurant the next floor up . Lots of dragging of chairs and clanging around for a few hours after closing the restaurant. Level 9 is not a great level to be staying on due to the noise above also. The pool was nice but there was no sun after midday .. so get up there early if you wish to get some vitamin D.

The location and hotel facilities worked well for our stay. Good breakfast choices were included in the room rates. There was a lovely swimming pool area and a restaurant on the rooftop with an excellent view. The rooms are clean and good-sized, and the bathroom beds are comfortable. There is a good TV choice and internet speed with a workstation.

No outstanding aspects created any dislikes of this property. The lift size was minimalist in size and so, therefore, frequently full, which was inconvenient if you were on one of the higher floors.

The hotel in itself is clean and beautiful. The rooms are large and spacious. The best part is the upstairs pool and sitting area. It’s a stunning view and the fact they have a bar is just a bonus. This hotel is a wicked find.

The free breakfast is just ok. I appreciate that fact that it’s included in the room. I just wish the options were a bit different. The egg/pho station is nice. The rest of it is ok. A LOT of carbs. Bread, baguettes, fried rice, noodles, fried potatoes etc. 1 very small plate of fruit that disappears in seconds and is rarely refilled.

The view, the location, and the value for your money make this hotel a great choice. The hotel is located right next to the Phnom Penh riverfront and the royal palace, within walking distance of many restaurants. The pool and restaurant at the top floor offer stunning views of Phnom Penh. The breakfast that’s included in the fare is complete and delicious. The staff is very helpful and can hold your bags if your flight is later in the day after check-out. The rooms are comfortable, with good wi fi, drinking water, hot water, and A/C. In all, this is a fantastic hotel.

Nice position, nice staff, some things need to be fixed anyway. The breakfast is a bit poor in terms of choice, few things available, espresso and cappuccino are not included, so you need to pay extra for them (quite strange) The rooftop is breathtaking, but the cleaning service needs to be solicited. In our case, they didn't clean the room until we asked for it the second day, also they provided only one bathrobe for two guests. Nice, but it could be better

Rooms were super comfy and great air conditioning.

The pool closed far too early which was disappointing to not be able to use it in the evening.
