Hotel was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent. Swimming pool on top floor was great place to relax. Good location.

We had a deluxe double room with balcony at front of the hotel. I would go for a room at the back as there was some noise from traffic and people outside.

Great location in quiet street. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is simple but good. They will make you an omelette if you would like. Very close to Royal Palace and Riverside. Organized a pickup from airport which was very helpful

Air conditioning was adequate in our room. Still a bit hot on coldest temperature but our daughters two rooms were fantastic so maybe just our room.

The staff was excellent all around. Everyone spoke good English and was very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good and included made to our eggs. The room was comfortable with a good king sized bed and decently functional a/c. The pool on the roof is very nice as well. It is also in an excellent location, literally about 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace and 15-30 minute walk to a lot of other things and of course we took cheap Tuk Tuks as well.

Not many complaints here. One thing that could be improved is the coffee at breakfast but by no means a deal breaker.

Great location, close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and supportive toward us. Good breakfast with various choices.

No view from the balcony, very close to the other building. A bit noisy outside as we are in the city center and the windows were not fully soundproof.

Beautiful hotel in quite location and yet only a few minutes walk to the royal palace and the river.

Thé pool was so small you could not swim. It’s more like a small plunge pool. They fo offer the pool in the adjoining hotel which is slightly bigger. Only problem is it’s right beside the reception area

It's beautiful place to stay with All facilities around the corner 5-10 minutes walk,on the top of Hotel you can enjoy coffee or drink Infront of the pool with a city and river views, friendly staff services 🙂 with smile and care, great value of money, I would recommend for family and friends to stay there to enjoy the great experience.

The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much and always with a smile.

The hotel is run and managed by extremely polite helpful people eager to help you in any way possible. Breakfast was good with a reasonably good selection of items to suit most tastes. The location of the property is excellent and is in walking distance of the main attractions and has good restaurants and bars close by.

The only dislike for the hotel is that there's isn't any bar open the pool bar on the roof was closed and doesn't look like opening any time soon.
