Infinity pool at the top of the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Very comfy beds, not superhard like most around Cambodia and Vietnam. Dinner and cocktails at the rooftop restaurant were pretty good. Koi fish swimming around the lobby is a nice touch and are gorgeous.

We were allocated rooms on level 11 below the restaurant, which gets pretty noisy at cleaning time (late at night and early morning). Mainly by loud sounds of chairs being dragged across the tiled floor. I see that this is a persistent issue from past reviews as well. Management should strongly consider putting felt pads under the chair legs. This would greatly reduce the noise level and improve sleep quality for the guests.

Excellent location with great staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The views from the roof top pool were lovely.

The rooms were slightly small, particularly if you had more than 2 suitcases. Also you only got one room key so you couldn’t charge your phone, smart watch etc. if you were going to the pool as the electric would cut out.

Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One particular highlight was when we had to leave at 3 a.m. for a trip to Siem Reap - we requested a simple breakfast, and were genuinely touched by the generous spread and thoughtful preparation. It exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s location is ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and both the room and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly recommended!😊

Breakfast was a bit limited either choice.

The same friendly faces on reception every day as well as watching the koi in the pond. The basics done right, like a decent lift, simply but adequately fitted out rooms, the attentive staff at breakfast. the location close to the Royal Palace. The gorgeous view from the rooftop pool and from the restaurant. The price was heavily discounted and value for money, I don't think it would be so great if the price was higher.

Having to wait on arrival to check in without it being explained. After a ten minute wait we asked what was happening and where then told the room would take a further 30 minutes to prepare; we decided to have lunch and come back. The very low pressure in the shower, but being on the sixth floor we expected better pressure, even the douche shower was weak. It was much better on the top floor. The slightly cramped and half finished appearance to the corridors, it just gives a slightly poor first impression. The swimming pool could be warmer. The breakfast buffet looks good, but the quality of ingredients isn't great. The lights in the room are well placed but it was not easy to figure out which light switch was for which light.

Location was superb - 5 star overlooking Royal Palace and park. Views superb even from bathroom! Great rooftop infinity pool. Breakfast varied and tasty. Staff very helpful - overly attentive at times! Highly recommend for city visit.

Booked Superior Queen room initially. Room was small with little storage, very disappointing for price. Staff however happily showed us alternatives and we upgraded to large Premier room for a price! Fridge in room was actually a chiller that went off whenever you left the room. This is poor in hot season. We also had medication that had to be kept cold so staff gave us card to keep chiller on constantly. There should be proper fridges on separate circuit.

The Glow Park is a very nice hotel which had all we needed for a few days in Phnom Penh. My husband and I lived in Cambodia for four years and are quite familiar with the city so we found the neighbourhood close to pretty much anything you want.to see and do. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk, the riverside right across the road, and plenty of places to walk. When we stayed here, the road was very broken up but we noticed as we were leaving Phnom Penh it now seems to be getting paved. Staff at the Glow Park were delightful and the room large and comfy with a small balcony overlooking the road and a comfy bed.

It's not something to dislike but a strange configuration in the bathroom with floor to ceiling window in the shower., looking down on the street. So unless you're en exhibitionist, it's a window that should remain covered.

No words to truly describe how phenomenal this property is. The care that goes into every small detail creates not just a space but an experience. It feels intimate, luxurious, warm, inviting, and comforting - like a 5-star home away from home. The staff are top tier, the crème de la crème in hospitality - going above and beyond to provide exceptional service that is truly unlike anything I’ve experienced. We had a magical evening on the beautiful rooftop pool, beds are so comfortable, I can go on. When you step out, you get to immerse yourself in one of the coolest spots of the city and still feel safe. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in all of Cambodia, thank you so much!

Terrible late check out policy. Wanted to charge me half night rate for checking-out a couple of hours late. Silly policy as it doesn't cost the hotel any more (my room was rarely cleaned before late afternoon most days) and provides a nice benefit for travellers if they have a late flight. Hope they review this

Location was great! Laundry right across the road. Garden around the corner. Quick walk to the river side and street 1 and Tuk Tuk’s available at the door! Staff were extremely helpful and very kind, even those with a language barrier. Koi fish were stunning! Breakfast was delicious and best of all was the rooftop pool with cocktails delivered!

We had the interconnecting family room on the 10th floor. Above us on the 11th was the restaurant and could often hear the dining chairs scraping the floor above us. The water wasn’t working on one day. A street issue which was fixed within 24hours.
