We spent four nights at Hotel Emion in Phnom Penh with breakfast included. The room was very spacious - not exactly on a high floor as I had requested, but still very good. The hotel is extremely comfortable, and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and kind - a rare level of courtesy. Cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of options, especially savory items. The real highlight of this hotel is the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a stunning panoramic view and has an adjacent bar - absolutely beautiful and relaxing.

The only drawback in our room was that the double bed had no bedside table on one side, and that side was right up against the wall. This meant getting in and out of bed from the foot of the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The suites and rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and have a balcony. Nice wooden floors. Breakfast is served with a view of the Mekong and the rooftop bar is one of the finest I have ever seen. The pool on the 18th floor has lovely, relatively warm water and is open until 10 PM and has bar stools in the water. This will definitely be my choice again when I next go to PP

Everything about this hotel was just perfect, from the free coffee and cookies in reception to the roof top bar and pool! The room was a good size with a little kitchenette area, comfortable seating and a large and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was also generously sized with everything you could need and a great shower! The choice at the buffet breakfast seemed to be never ending and set us up well for the day - I would challenge anyone not to be able to find something they would enjoy. We used the pool most afternoons after being out in the heat exploring the city - it was just a perfect way to unwind and take in that awesome view of the river. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Highly recommend this hotel. If I come back to Phnom Penh I would stay again! The location was great, very centrally located and easy to find. There was a little mini mart that proved incredibly helpful for us! There were also free laundry services which was also really helpful. The staff was very kind and accommodating and willing to answer all of our questions. The rooftop pool was incredibly stunning. There were shower facilities and bathroom facilities on the top floor as well. The gym facility was also pretty good!

We were really impressed with the Emion. Our room was bigger than we expected and the bathroom too. Both had everything we could have wanted - including a heated toilet seat! The staff - especially the breakfast team were very friendly and helpful and the only meal we had - the breakfasts' were tasty with lots of choice. The view from the restaurant over PP is really good and from the pool over the Mekong. Location is good and walkable to the Royal Palace etc.

Bizarrely for a roof top pool, the pool area didn't get much sun. Although this might suit the fairer skinned traveller.

The fantastic view spreading from Royal Palace to Tonle Sap and Mekong River, during the night it is a real dream to sit on the private balcony of each room and falling in love with the superb sight. Rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant adequate to the level of the hotel.

Absolutely everything, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time . Modern , clean , friendly and helpful staff . Fantastic rooftop pool with Mekong views. Balcony from our room 801, had fabulous views and was huge . Room itself was spacious and had very comfy beds with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was awesome , so much choice and vey high standards of food. Wonderful location, just a short walk along the river to the palace and lots of restaurants, bars, markets , boat trips area etc … so interesting to walk along.

very luxurious with very spacious rooms. a lovely roof top pool, bar and restaurant, with a high view across the city, 18 floors up, also has three lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful when seeking advice or bookings and could speak good English . There was free tea or coffee and cookies during the day. The breakfast was great with many choices. Also the food in the restaurant was really good, and the cocktails excellent. Each floor had a free laundry, with washing machines and tumble dryers.
