This hotel is amazing, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The pool area is really lovely, the pool deck landscaping and views were amazing and quite breathtaking! The breakfast was great, the best we’ve had in S.E Asia and we’ve been travelling for 2 months. A good buffet choice plus a few hot choices. The restaurant menu for lunch/dinner was also good and delicious and not overpriced.

Our room was a little dark due overlooking a close tall building but it was not a problem. It’s a shame that the hotel allows non guests to use the pool. Fortunately we were lucky enough to get a sunbed when we wanted but we saw others who were not so lucky. This would have been irritating if we hadn’t, especially as it seems quite a few were non resident.

The staff here are wonderful. The breakfast is probably the best best buffet breakfast I've had, anywhere in the world. Lovely. The food generally is excellent. The view from the pool is spectacular.

There isn't a lot of space up by the pool, and what i didn't like was that they allowed people to reserve sun loungers, meaning sometimes there were unoccupied sun loungers for a substantial amount of time.

Clean and beautiful rooms with minibar (not unreasonably priced) and room service. The room has aircon but also a ceiling fan which was great. The highlight of this hotel is the amazing roof top bar, roof top pool and restaurant. The views from the roof are absolutely breath taking. There is also a pool table to play on, free of charge. Average meal in hotel is $7 and draft beer $2.5. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was tasty.

Hard to choose anything, as it was so amazing. But the roof top pool is open to the public if they pay a base fee. Meaning on the weekends the pool and bar did get quite busy. However in the week it was lovely and quiet.

I can honestly say this is the best value for money for a hotel that we've stayed in. We were in a moderate size room which was spacious with modern decor. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely as there were burners all over the hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was spectacular with stunning views and an amazing place to watch the sunset. We ate in the hotel both nights. The food was lovely, tasty, reasonably priced and very well presented. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and accommodating. A great experience overall staying at this hotel. I would 100% recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful hotel is set within easy walking distance from the palace complex (about 15 minutes away). Our twin room was on the first floor so didn't have a view over the city, but this didn't matter because there's a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with a wrap-around infinity pool. There were plenty of sunbeds or tables and the hotel provided towels. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. We had a mini bar and a safe. Breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant - buffet with some a la carte options, it was delicious and varied. We ate supper in the restaurant, there were western and Khmer options - the food was tasty. The hotel arranged a tuk tuk for us for the day, which was reasonably priced. All the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

We liked our stay at Aquarius Hotel very much and enjoyed the time in very cosy room with small balcony. Roof-pool gave us wonderful refreshment, the breakfast was very good, stuff very nice and helpful.

Location was great! Within walking distance from the riverfront, the Palace, etc. It was great for an overnight stay. The breakfast was sufficient and had a wide choice but cappuccino was chargeable. The infinity pool on the rooftop was awesome. They had decorated our room with flowers & rose petals , perhaps because it was a trip to celebrate our anniversary.Much appreciated!

The room was really & uncomfortably tiny & there was a giant hotel advertisement cloth wallhanging above the headboard. Found that strange & ruined the photos of the fancy flowers & towel swan decorations. A Cambodian art or poster above the headboard would have been sufficient and inexpensive.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with brilliant sustainable principles. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and rooftop are amazing, and the addition of the pool table was great! The hotel food is lovely too, nice options for breakfast and a lovely menu for lunch/dinner, and really reasonable too! The location is on a quieter street which was nice, and it’s easy to get to the royal palace and river from the hotel. We’d definitely stay here again.

Only a couple of small things. The bed was a little hard and the breakfast could have a few more vegetarian options (or seafood even!)

The hotel was very clean and our room got cleaned daily. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with cold and hot options available and great coffee. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Incredible views from the rooftop and pool. We watched the new years fireworks from the rooftop and it was spectacular! Location is perfect, Phnom Penh is not a super walkable city but it’s easy to walk into the main areas from this hotel and there was always lots of tuk tuks available. We had a very late check in and the hotel and staff were very accommodating and there was no issue at all. The room had excellent air conditioning!

The hotel is excellent. Great location, clean, well organized, exceptional crew, fantastic breakfast and with variations from day to day. All in all 100% satisfied.

The following are not complaints, just minor issues deviating from the optimum: The pool doesn't have actual sunloungers, rather flat beds, meaning you cannot lie sitting slightly up enjoying the magnificent view. Also the pool has no illumination inside so during nighttime swimming you cannot see the pool edges, hence cannot swim freely without worrying about hitting the walls. So excellent for chilling but not very suitable for exercising.
