This hotel is amazing, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The pool area is really lovely, the pool deck landscaping and views were amazing and quite breathtaking! The breakfast was great, the best we’ve had in S.E Asia and we’ve been travelling for 2 months. A good buffet choice plus a few hot choices. The restaurant menu for lunch/dinner was also good and delicious and not overpriced.

Our room was a little dark due overlooking a close tall building but it was not a problem. It’s a shame that the hotel allows non guests to use the pool. Fortunately we were lucky enough to get a sunbed when we wanted but we saw others who were not so lucky. This would have been irritating if we hadn’t, especially as it seems quite a few were non resident.

Clean and beautiful rooms with minibar (not unreasonably priced) and room service. The room has aircon but also a ceiling fan which was great. The highlight of this hotel is the amazing roof top bar, roof top pool and restaurant. The views from the roof are absolutely breath taking. There is also a pool table to play on, free of charge. Average meal in hotel is $7 and draft beer $2.5. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was tasty.

Hard to choose anything, as it was so amazing. But the roof top pool is open to the public if they pay a base fee. Meaning on the weekends the pool and bar did get quite busy. However in the week it was lovely and quiet.

The staff here are wonderful. The breakfast is probably the best best buffet breakfast I've had, anywhere in the world. Lovely. The food generally is excellent. The view from the pool is spectacular.

There isn't a lot of space up by the pool, and what i didn't like was that they allowed people to reserve sun loungers, meaning sometimes there were unoccupied sun loungers for a substantial amount of time.

I can honestly say this is the best value for money for a hotel that we've stayed in. We were in a moderate size room which was spacious with modern decor. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely as there were burners all over the hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was spectacular with stunning views and an amazing place to watch the sunset. We ate in the hotel both nights. The food was lovely, tasty, reasonably priced and very well presented. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and accommodating. A great experience overall staying at this hotel. I would 100% recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. You can walk almost everywhere! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything was fresh, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. And let’s talk about the breakfast—delicious! A wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was great, very modern and was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The air con worked really well and was much needed. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast and along with the buffet you could also order something from the menu. We ate each night at the hotel and the choice on the menu was fantastic. All of our food choices tasted great. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and such lovely people. The staff on reception were very professional and welcoming. This was a good base for us, walking distance to The Kings Palace and the river, as well as to the Independence Monument. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing was the mattress on the bed was a bit too hard for us, but everyone has their own preference.

The property is in a great location and solid option for a few nights in the city. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridges, coffee station and soaps, shampoo etc. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel as it’s close to all the landmarks, especially the royal Palace. We booked this hotel off season and were able to book at a very reasonable price per night which made it easier on the budget if you’re travelling for an extended period and mindful of spending on accommodation. The value for money was definitely great.

We loved our stay at Aquarius Hotel! The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the Royal Palace and surrounded by plenty of great cafes and restaurants. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, serving amazing food alongside stunning views of the city. The infinity pool up there is beautiful, with a glass wall that lets you see the city as you swim, and great vistas towards the river. Overall, a great spot for exploring Phnom Penh with amazing views and a relaxing rooftop vibe.

While the pool is perfect for adults, it’s not very kid-friendly as there’s no shallow area, and even adults can’t easily stand in it.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the rooftop pool is incredible and the views are amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were genuinely interested in you. The breakfast was nice. The bed was so comfy and I had a great night sleep. I’d definitely stay again.

This is a small thing but the Netflix and channels on the TV didn’t work. I’d booked this hotel to recover from 3 weeks of travelling and it would have been nice if the TV worked as I was actually in my room. The staff from reception came to the room to try get it to work but were unsuccessful. WiFi was intermittent at times also.

This beautiful hotel is set within easy walking distance from the palace complex (about 15 minutes away). Our twin room was on the first floor so didn't have a view over the city, but this didn't matter because there's a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with a wrap-around infinity pool. There were plenty of sunbeds or tables and the hotel provided towels. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. We had a mini bar and a safe. Breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant - buffet with some a la carte options, it was delicious and varied. We ate supper in the restaurant, there were western and Khmer options - the food was tasty. The hotel arranged a tuk tuk for us for the day, which was reasonably priced. All the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
