Our room was clean, cool and well priced. We were comfortable here and were pleased with the breakfast offering also.

There seems to be no conditioner offered in all hotels in Cambodia for some reason, this was no exception. Whilst it did not bother us, street noise can be heard, we were on level four and I am unsure if this improves with higher levels. In particular dogs barking from 5am prove frustrating for light sleepers. The bar was quite expensive by comparison to other local bars which meant our plans to lay by the pool for the afternoon changed to going to local bars instead.

Located with a great view of the Independence Monument from the rooftop pool. Not really a walking area as not much in the immediate vicinity and crazy roads to cross to get to the monument to area and beyond. But always tuk tuks available out front. Got upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Suite which was nice (but not exactly what you picture a Suite to be like if you’ve stayed in suites in other hotels). Had to extend my stay and only available room was a “Deluxe” which strangely had the bathroom sink just inside the front door instead of in the actual bathroom, which was quite small and nowhere to hang a towel. Beds good, balconies decent size, breakfast fine. Mixed drinks at rooftop bar hit and miss. Our long island ice teas tasted different each time. The food is a let down. Looks good in pictures on menu tablet but doesn’t match. Don’t order anything with “chicken” as what you get is some kind of bony little pieces of grissly things that you end up just spitting out. Reception staff really lovely and the wait staff at the roof bar nice too but there are a couple of guys who work at the roof bar behind the bar and arranging tables who never crack a smile, bordering on hostile. Overall good value for money and about a 10-15 min tuk tuk ride to riverside where the action is.

Weird small bathroom in the deluxe room with sink outside the bathroom. Painfully slow elevator. Elevator didn’t go all the way to rooftop bar and pool. Had to walk up stairs from 9th to 10th floor. Didn’t bother me but if you can’t do stairs you won’t be able to have breakfast, take a swim or enjoy their fantastic view, which is kinda the selling point of the hotel.

The pool and pool bar are the winners for this hotel, And tge pillows lol

The staff at reception, Very young unprofessional immature girls. The hot water went off as we are getting ready for my bday dinner reservation, So we go down to ask, told to wait 1hr, we did, when I went back down, I asked again and was told to wait another hr while laughing at me. I said it's not funny as there nodding there head up and down. I said is it being fixed or are you waiting, she shouted at me 'ITS BEING FIXED'. HORRIBLE LITTLE GIRLS

Clean room, free water, nice view, the girl on reception let me see two of the two bedrooms apartments so I could check the size to see if it would be bigger enough for us as I have family coming in a few weeks. Now I will be booking this accomodation again for in a few weeks time for me and my family.☺️

House keeping came at 8:30am when i have only just arrived at 2:30am after a night bus, I didn't appreciate being woken up so early just to give me new water and 2 fresh towels, despite only just checking in. I didn't have the sign on the door but it was only 11am after going back to sleep when I read the handbook to say about the door sign. Also on my third morning the cleaners were out side my door making so much noise, banging the buckets around or something, talking, shouting, it woke me up and happened again later.

The Pool has amazing view. Reception staff was very helpful (specially the guy at night shift).

The Bed was so hard. Not comfortable to sleep with. My husband had a stiff neck during our 3 nights stay. 😥 The Breakfast could've been better. The male staff at the restaurant (we think that he is the supervisor) was not so nice. He didn't even greeted and smile to us even once. It's sad that we found him nice to the western guests. (maybe he doesn't like Asian). We just felt that we are not welcomed on the restaurant that's why we didn't try to eat there during dinner.

The breakfast was delicious (small buffet). I didn't try the pool, but the view on top of the hotel with the pool is great. The location is great and the room was comfortable. The staff was courteous. We were able to have a room with enough space (beds) for our little family of five with everything we wanted like the wifi, refrigerator, air conditioning so we were quite happy instead of booking two rooms.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had minor issues like the kettle we had didn’t work properly (we didn’t ask for another one because it wasn’t a bother) and the TV service wasn’t working but they told us there was maintenance done by the provider.

The first room we had was very small; but the second night we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which we loved. The facility was great, the service from the staff was excellent. We particularly liked the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar. The view of the city was amazing. The only downside we experienced was the fact that the mattress on the bed was a little hard. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Enjoyable stay for 6 nights, Service was good, breakfast is top class, staff friendly. Loved the location and of course the view from the rooftop. Shop next to on ground floor was very convenient. Plenty of cafe's restaurants near by. Would stay again

had a small kitchen although may have lacked some basic stuff, so I had to ask for glasses, but overall having a studio was a good decision.

The hotel offers descent room size, amenities and most of all the breakfast choice. I feel, they are are not compromising on any angle given the cost of room. The staff is also courteous and helpful. After all the experience in the hotel, when you step out you will realise how close you are to all the places you would want to visit.

Breakfast is same through out the year. I wish they can bring some change every quarter. My case could be different from others as I travel very frequently.

A great place to stay in Phnom Penh. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool on the roof is amazing. Breakfasts were simple but nice and tasty, everyone can find something that they like. The location is good, close to some sites and nice restaurants. There is a good supermarket in the same building.

There was a construction site nearby and the noise of it was pretty disturbing. Also our room was close to a staff room and they talked very loudly in the morning next to our door.
