Facilities, location, and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming.

Forcing staff to wear masks and breathe Co2 constantly. Why? This has been abandoned almost everywhere, and it was painful to see them forced to do this. Also the wifi is far too strong at 5ghz, with 4 access points on every floor blasting EMFs 24/7. I am sensitive to EMFs and this gave me a headache and interfered with my sleep. I am a tech professional and am confident in saying 2.4 ghz is enough. I would even pay a premium to be on a floor with wifi turned off!

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of selections. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The ground floor reception was just average but was compensated by the 1st floor checking in service which was more than adequate.

Brand new hotel, idea location, nice stuff, clean and comfortable rooms, western european level breakfast. A beautiful week spent at SPU Hotel.

Laundry was also high quality but very expensive compared to the price level of the county. The skybar was not opened yet (early august), which I personally really missed.

Great location, helpful staff, decent room size, good wife, comfortable beds, decent gym, best coffee I ever had in a hotel, good breakfast selection.

Fridge only works if room card is inserted in the main switch Switch at the sliding door doesn't switch off light in bathrobe closet (I had this issue in every room I booked so far) Carpet is getting dirty

The room was clean and tidy. The bed super comfy and great pillows the pool looked lovely but there was construction next door that looked directly in the pool area not at the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was average not the great selection I’ve seen but still lovely food.

They only give one room key this was a little hard with 2 of us.

Very modern property with with all the facilities. Hotel is close to local shops and night life. Room was fantastic, I was given a suite on top floor but my friends were staying on other floors in standard rooms. Their rooms were perfect too. I would definitely stay there again.

There were signs about the street crimes in the area which could make you a bit uncomfortable. I personally didn’t notice anything wrong (touch wood).

Staff, location, room. 😊 Everyone is friendly and helpful. They keep the hotel clean at all times! Smiles at all times! Best value among other hotels around.

They changed the breakfast menu. It's now a Breakfast buffet. I liked the old set menu. I'm not sure but the buffet choices are not that good. Drinks - the best orange juice 😊 The Do not disturb button never worked 😂 in every room i stayed at. No big deal but would be nice to have those buttons working.

Not so close to the center but Tuktuk is cheap. Staff are helpful and breakfast is good.

Room is new and clean, there're many good restaurants in walkable distance. The staffs are very enthusiastic and polite with all guests. The Noodles for breakfast is nice.

the exact location of the hotel is on the small lane that no separate footpath to walk but it's stil ok as not many cars on this lane.

Lovely flat with large kitchen living room, a very large bedroom and a lovely bathroom. About a 15 minute walk to the Royal Palace.
