Hotel is at a central location. I could easily walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, and nearby attractions. The room had a window, was quiet and comfortable enough for a few nights stay. They have a cafe and nice waiting / sitting area at the reception / lobby area where you can grab some coffee on the way out and you can hang around there while waiting for time to go to airport. They can also store your luggage for you while you wait.

The room felt enclosed because the window does not look out into a street or a nice view but an empty back area. But I guess this is what I paid for. If you are picky and can afford it then you can choose a room that has a window and actually overlooks the Main Street. There was a cockroach one night but they helped me get rid of it quickly and clean up. These are minor things to me and I would be ok come and stay again when I am in Phnom Penh.

This was great value for money. It was the most "luxurious" place I stayed in 3 weeks in Cambodia. The bed was super comfortable. It was the only "cable TV" that actually worked, showing an English speaking channel or 2! The bathroom was very clean (as was the whole room) and the best bathroom of all the places I stayed. It was in a good location, surrounded by many great restaurants and I walked to riverside from here in 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I booked at Homesyn last minute as the previously booked accommodation cancelled upon arrival. There is no elevator but I was helped with my bags on the way up and on the way down. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious and the bed was massive! I was only here for one night before a flight and this is exactly what I was after.

There is only one window and it is indoor (it goes on the corridor). Not an issue for me as I was here just for sleeping, but the lack of natural light would have been an issue for a longer period.

Very convenient location, the room I got was quiet regardless of the construction going on nearby. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is on demand, up to a daily basis, water/toiletries are refilled, laundry can be easily arranged. Internet is mostly good, sometimes breaks

The furniture is pretty worn out, although they changed the shower once they spotted it didn’t work well. Couple of the towels given were dirty and had to be changed in my request

Nice room, comfortable, quiet. Good location. The staff is nice.

-The controller of the A/C didn't work well so they changed me into a different room. The A/C in that new room was very old and didn't cool down the room even at 18°. -I couldn't pay without my credit card so I had to withdraw US dollars which cost me an extra 5$. -The breakfast is very limited and expensive: 10$ US.

exceptionally nice receptionists; attentive and accommodating; I asked to switch rooms and he helped moved my stuff. good shower, comfortable bed and great location near good restaurants and 10m walk to river.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. The team was extremely welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious and great value. The location was near to everything and I look forward to coming back for my next trip to Phnom Penh

N/A I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming here again in the near future to visit. Recommended for all business travelers this is a very good spot with sounds control and comfortable space to work.

The staff is extremely nice and caring. It is located in a "interior" street so it is not so noisy or chaotic as principal ones. It is a good place to stay considering the price.

Some equipment should be renovated, specially in the bathroom.

I liked everything here. The hotel is in good location in BKK area yet with queite surrounding. Rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy, I could have the greatest sleep that night. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. I personally liked that it has more feeling of home than a hotel. Best part was absolutely the staffs. They were very welcoming, polite and treated me as I was a VIP for long time. They also speak good English and very accommodating to fulfill my inquiries, which I appreciate the most. Definitely would come back for next time and recommend here to anybody visiting PP. PS) There's a very nice authentic Japanese place called 'Jidaiya' right next to the hotel. Perfect for lunch & dinner.

The toothpaste could've been a better product. Wish there was a swimming pool as well.

The staff working at Homesyn Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt welcome as soon as I set foot inside. The location was near everything, including the river, Royal Palace, Genocide Museum, and several restaurants and bars.
