Have to say the best hotel I have stayed at during my long Cambodian holiday. The room was gorgeous, large, spacious, and had a great balcony, the view was private. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked well. The bathroom was great with toiletries and towels provided. Fridge and kettle all there. Somewhere to put your clothes or hang them. Excellent location, right next to Bassac Street! I really enjoyed it and wished I had booked more nights. I didn't have breakfast as I went to another place so cannot review.

The noise from the outside (balcony) on top of the busy road - quite noisy at night.

Have stayed here a few times. Very much focused on the International tourist trade, the level of English is good (not so common in Cambodia) and staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large and airy and bed was comfortable. A supermarket (SuperDuper) is not far and there are local restaurants and shops. Nice area a little distant from the riverside bars and "playrooms" but only a 4000 tuk tuk if you want to indulge. Just down the street is Baasac Lane which also caters heavily to the foreign tourist trade, albeit at the appropriate mark up.

Nothing really. Elevator is a little small and slow but not impossible. Some noise from an adjacent nightclub but easy enough to tune out.

Location has many conveniences within a short walk: Aeon mall, bank atms, haircut, massage, street food, **Bassac Lane** with its many restaurants and bars (regular bars for locals and expats—not girl bars for sexual stuff), parks, pharmacy, etc. Comfortable enough for the price. Good value overall.

Low season (Rainy August), some services aren't operating. Things were quiet at the pool bar, etc. I'm sure that if you book in high season (October onward), things will be in full swing.

Very good accommodation, especially the staff. They organized a private tour with driver and a very good guide to Oudong for us. Very kind and helpfull. A good place to stay in Phnom Penh.

We had an upgraded to Premiere Room that the room was huge with balcony and stunning view of the city. room was clean and bed was comfortable, staffs are attentive and very helpful. rooftop swimming and the location are the top rate.

Their kitchen is closed due to low demand but it has no issue because there many good restaurants in the area just around the corner.

the property was good, the staff is really helpful. i have a problem with the hairdryer and boiler, they come to check and change for us🥺 i ask them where is the printing house, they offer me to print my document in receptionist! very helpful

I love the decor of the hotel. I love the bar and outside area on a corner outside. Perfect spot to enjoy whatever meal and drinks and watch busy daily life outside. I looove their Pho. It’s a must try for sure! And it’s walking distance (2 minutes!!!) to wonderful very charming Bassac Lane! Can strongly recommend!

Very good location. Staff was amazing - very friendly. We had a room with bath made from stone and just had best time there. They also have a pool on the 7th floor! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phnom Penh.

As others have said, the hotel is slowly getting back "online" after the deprecations of Covid. Initially I was moved to two different rooms due to things not working but eventually it was sorted. The furnishing etc were great but the real standout was the hotel manager, Richard. Nothing seemed to phase him and the complaints I initially had were sorted promptly and without complaint. It is not the "girly" part of town but close to many parks and businesses. I suppose it is what you are after but for me it was an enjoyable stay, even with the initial issues.

Trying to renovate/repair a 24hr hotel is a daunting task. From what I could see, they have started on the upper floors but the low floors are still being "worked on". Little things like tv connectors etc - not structural issues - that did not cause any noise or debris.
