Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room, good location, many shops around, supermarket 3 min walking. Big apartment, nice view from big balcony.

Smell in shower. Elevators sometimes didn’t work at all and I waited 10 min when it will work again. Have building construction not far from hotel, have noise from there from early morning. A lot of noisy Chinese neighbors.

As a retiree traveling on a tight budget, I was looking for a place that was both affordable and comfortable, and I must say, your hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, with a wide variety of affordable dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided great value for money. It was truly a relief to find a place that caters to budget-conscious travelers like myself, without compromising on comfort and quality. What stood out the most, however, was your exceptional staff. Every member of your team was courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their patience and willingness to listen to guests’ requests made me feel welcomed and respected. I was especially grateful for the flexibility in allowing a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. It is rare to find a hotel that combines affordability with such warm and attentive service. I will certainly recommend your hotel to fellow retirees and elderly travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff.

Very dirty rooms ( I rented an apartment ) , with cockroaches ( I changed three rooms ) , but there were cockroaches everywhere . The furniture is very dirty, everything is stained, the rooms smells of smoke, the walls are all smeared with dirt, the cutlery are sticky and dirty, there was no kettle, but there was a cooler in the room that did not work on hot water. Cleaning the rooms with a dirty rag, after which it smells even more. I couldn’t cancel because I would have lost my money (the payment for the rooms was for earlier)

Full disclosure, I have spent months at this hotel. The view is phenomenal, the pool and gym are great. Decent buffet for $5. Value for $$$ is outstanding. Two markets on site. The staff at this hotel are simply the best!!! I read another review that said the TV didn't work. They have YouTube and access to digital, Netflix and more.

All the local restaurants are Chinese, not much local ambience. Rooms are a bit dated, but you can’t beat the view or value.

Brilliant pool and gym. Lovely apartment. Our rooms were available at 10am which was great, we were expecting just to drop off bags and check in later. Be aware that if you book a hotel room and an apartment they are in different towers and you aren’t allowed to cross the bridge from one side to the next after 11pm. As a family of 6 we used an apartment as our base then had a twin hotel room to accommodate all at night (reception were aware) and security prevented my husband and son getting back, all was resolved but it was an unnecessary inconvenience at bedtime. Washing machine was useful. Would be better if 3 bedroom apartments to accommodate 6 were available i.e bunkbed option in third room. Easy to get grab tacos from outside.

Nightclub on the street behind had bass so loud it vibrated the apartment despite us being in floor 23 until 4am each day. Request a room on the front of the property to avoid this.

Excellent views, around 5 to 8 minutes walk from the bar areas. Nice gym and swimming pool, and laundry facilities. Biggest plus is the staff are super friendly and the rooms are good value. 2 minutes walk to the casinos if that's your thing.

Areas developed for mainland Chinese tourists, this is good as there is lots of Chinese food but wasn't as much variety, (less western or local food). The shower wasn't great, went bit hot and cold at times.

Great hotel for the price, got a free upgrade to River View, staff very friendly and helpful, located just off the river. Clean fresh and spacious rooms with coking facilities and washing machine and a water dispense. Easy check-in process

Absolutely 10/10. It's a luxury hotel for a budget price. If in Phnom Penh, then highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect. Big and clean room, super comfy beds. We stayed on the 37th floor with fantastic views of the city. WiFi was good as well. Location is perfect, it's in China Town. Affordable food and supermarkets all around.

Views, location, service was good, close to everything. Especially staffs were very cooperative and friendly, I really enjoyed, they have considered easily my late checkout as my return flight time was on 17:00.

The View from my room was good. I drink lots of water, so it was good to have the water dispenser. This time round, I was given a room with a king-size bed, and there is a also microwave.

Pillows are too high.
