The view is beautiful and I was able to access the swimming pool early, thanks to the cleaning staff and security.. Breakfast was ok but not honoured by booking.com …hence I was charged.

The noise from the nightclub at the back that destroys the businesses in the local area. Surely, they could turn off the bass of their tribal music so it doesn’t demand everyone’s heart thump to its beat. It’s damaging others so unloving. ( Matthew 7:12). By the way the door was damaged so didn’t lock properly on the last day. Fortunately, the 24 hour desk receptionists would have given some security so we were personally not affected.

This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh. The river view is simply breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop to my stay. I've always been fond of Diamond Island, and this hotel's proximity to it is a bonus. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. I've stayed in many places around the world, and this one truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The overall experience at this hotel was commendable. However, one minor drawback I noticed was the room deposit requirement. While I understand there must be reasons behind this practice, it's something that could be reconsidered for a more seamless guest experience. That said, it's worth noting that the deposit was promptly returned upon check-out. Despite this, I'd still recommend the hotel for its other outstanding features.

Everything else meets my (rather high) expectations. The view from the room overlooking the river is great!

The only downside I noticed in the hotel is the lack of options with breakfast.

Great location, close to many attractions. Super comfortable, clean and nice view over the river. Staff was very kind in refilling water bottle whenever I needed to, helping avoid the use of plastic. Steam room was great!

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance and staff was not aware of that.

We booked this place as the airbnb that we saw in Penthouse Residence, around 5 mins away was fully trashed by previous tenants and we had a really bad experience so finding this gem was truly the best. Room on the 28th floor facing the city and river meant amazing views at night and during the day time.

Small shower and toilet They do require a 30$ deposit which wasn’t mentioned anywhere so have cash on you when you go

Huge windows with amazing views. Modern style rooms. Very comfortable beds. Two air conditioners and very good. Refreshing big pool. Friendly staff with good English. If you catch this place on the right night it is one of the best values in the area.

The hotel washer/dryer is free so it’s a nice bonus but not the easiest to use. Maybe that was just me.

The hotel may be new,so minor gripes a lot of things were not working. The telephone, TV which we would not use anyway. The Safe seemed to have a mind of its own. Food choices are limited around the place as compared to staying at the riverside hotels

You can choose your breakfast and the staff bring it into your room, but always you received cold.

The view from your room is excellent being 28+ floors up. The room is modern spacious quiet and comfortable. Staff is eager to help. Access to gym/pool/spa with sweeping panoramic views. Pool is a long lap size pool. This hotel is in an area of sky rise buildings called The Bridge, which is located sort of in between Nagaworld and Aeon mall. Lots of young Chinese/Japanese people in this area.

There really isn’t any signage for Snowbell Hotel. You enter into The Bridge entrance and take the elevators to the 28th floor for the hotel front desk, a bit unconventional. The hallways to the rooms feel a bit like a concrete apartment building with no character. The surrounding area of The Bridge wasn’t too interesting for me because it’s mostly all Chinese restaurants. It feels like a small Chinatown here. So if you want to see other parts of PP, a tuk-tuk is necessary (there are lots of them always available).

Location was good, one of the best views from 28th floor, staff was nice and helpful. Location was graeat rite on the SOHO Mall many shopping, eating and many other stores are near by. just under the building you can find everything you can imagine. very good sleep quality.

No breakfast or food options, there are cockroaches in room, bathroom was dirty, towels not clean, fittings were leaking, non smoking rooms only. they have great potential to be a very good hotel, managment should look into what's wrong with this property
