Second time here, I wouldn't do so if it wasn't so good. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist.

First class experience as soon as I arrived. Friendly, efficient staff. Apartment cleaned daily. The location is particularly good, in an interesting neighbourhood, with lots to do and only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the majority of the other attractions. Will definitely return on my next visit.

I like the 20th floor that has a gym, pool with seaview and a large room where you can work or watch tv (that is almost empty all the time). The staff is helpful and responsive. Cleaning is two times a week. I really like that it's possible to open the curtains and get a lot of light inside the room. The kitchen part is working fine (there are enough plates / forks / etc for two people). We bring our own pan, pot and knife so I can't really comment on what was there though :). There is a nice groceries shop near, Super Duper, 10 minutes by walk and 2 minutes by tuk tuk, I recommend taking a look !

The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to clean our room despite having a fixed schedule, but the staff is reactive and dealt with this problem. My girlfriend complains that the room is a bit small but in my opinion, it's fine.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool & gym, great area with lots of restaurants within walking distance, Aeon mall also close by.

The pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance during our stay so that was just bad timing for us. The trash can lid in the kitchen was a bit dirty. For some reason the air conditioner kept turning off in the middle of the night even though the timer was not on. There was a slight mixup with checking out as we extended for one night when we arrived and paid but on the original date of check out, they seemed to have forgotten we asked to extend and paid. It was cleared up quickly and easily though. Overall these were minor things and the stay was still very nice.

Room was exceptional up to our standards to what we are use to in the States. It was clean, spacious and a lovely view. Sauna and pool was clean and well maintained. Location was close to the night life and walking distance to it. I liked how the security hotel key only takes you to your floor no one can up unless taken by that person. There's always someone at the front to help and direct us where to go: mall, pharmacy or a clinic.

Is brand new hotel, I unwrap the kitchen equipment even the sticker on the glass cup, all the electrical in house are all branded, feel really relieved, cozy bad, have TV channel can watch, WiFi very stable, location very good but depends on if you feel annoyed with noise of bassac lend or not, for me really not bother about this, near AEON mall and just next to bassac lend. Have balcony have nice view. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Toilet have really bad smell if close the door for all night, we were stay for 2 night , air condition at living room start to dripping water like crazy, but the staff were really good he offer us a choice if we want to change to another same type of room.

Really nice modern apartments with good communal facilities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very attentive. A short walk to a large shopping centre with supermarket and just around the corner from places to eat and drink.

The microwave was on top of the fridge with the only place to plug it in being where the fridge was plugged in. I had to move it to the kitchen surface which was a little dangerous as it was not a light microwave and the fridge was quite high for me. Generally there was a lack of plug sockets in the kitchen/living area.

The staff were fantastic. They helped with luggage, transport, and laundry. One of our travelers caught traveler's bug whilst there and the staff were very understanding when we needed linen changed etc. The room was very spacious with excellent views, and the beds were comfortable. Great size space for a family.

The location of our room had a lot of noise and light from nearby businesses - bars and billboards etc.

Exceptional value for money. Modern, clean apartment with a great gym and sauna room. Friendly reception. Pool is next level - infinity with incredible views over the city. Very close to a great modern shopping mall with international supermarket and great Asian foodcourt, international food chains, 4D cinema. You won’t regret booking this one.

All is new, location is great, restaurants are closed by walk. Swimming pool is great, the gym facilities were not yet ready. Friendly team.

A lot of noice outside due to constructions on going in the nearby. There are 26 floors and we were at 19floors which was good as the swimming pool was just above us, but waiting time for lift is not nice with children. Staff takes time to bring water, they said 5 mins and after midnight and more than a half hour later, they brought bottles. (still did it with smile thought)
