I was thrilled with my room! The interior was lovely, the space was spotless, and the shower was amazing. I even had a charming little balcony with a wonderful street view. The fantastic shower and super comfy bed made my stay special. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Da Nieang from the bar team, who was a joy to chat with about the country and the city. Great drinks, too!

After reviewing the menu, it leans too heavily towards Western cuisine. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was just too bland, which is understandable. There are restaurants nearby that are easily accessible with a quick TukTuk ride!

The staff was very friendly (from the porter who helps with luggage and opening the door) to the receptionists and the bar staff. We loved the stay, especially the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. The views are impeccable from the top and the pool is really refreshing with the heat. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed and a shower plus a bathtub in the room The fruits at breakfast are really great

Just a small thing but we had different birds waking us up every morning from 6 am. There's a pigeon which keeps coming back even when opening the window and on our last night another bird woke us up. The shower around 7.30 to 8.30 am did not have hot water. It wasn’t cold but could have been hotter. If you shower at 7 am the water is hot. Breakfast could have had better bread (there is toast bread but no toaster and a very hard bread). Also some cheese would be nice (went to buy bread and cheese at a supermarket Breakfast eggs and omlett were kind of cold

Difficult to communicate with the staff. We asked for a breakfast box for our early departure and it required several iterations with tie receptionist and then with the chef to have it done. They asked for a deposit in cache and made us wait for the check out to check the room before giving the deposit back. It is reasonable even though never happened before, but we were on a rush and it took time. Noisy in the night, someone knocked to our door at 2am and lots of voices in the corridor.

Our satisfaction made us book this hotel twice. I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about our stay. I would also like to give my big thanks to the staff here, especially to the super friendly young boys up at the bar who make the best cocktails we had in whole Cambodia. Not to mention the roof top pool with a beautiful view over the city which was just an absolute delight!

Maybe just the see-through bathroom doors in the room when one has his needs, the other kinda has to look away or rather disappear from the room for a while to let the other one accomplish his needs successfully and comfortably 😅

Location was convenient for the main attractions. The pool and roof top bar were nice. The infinity pool was a decent size. The reception staff were great and very helpful.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. We spent 4 nights here and it became a game with the 4 of us whether the breakfast that was ordered was actually delivered!! The guests felt that smoking in the dining area was acceptable!! The staff did actively ask for cigarettes / vaping to be extinguished when we asked them to do so.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location is very good, short walk to museum and Royal Palace.

I asked for a quiet room, heard back from the hotel that they had already organised a quiet room, away from the elevators, but I had a room right next to elevators, there was also loud music at night. Things didn’t work when I arrived, remotes needed new batteries, door to balcony wouldn’t open at all, so couldn’t use it. There is no ‘tour desk’ which I expected with a 5 star rating - staff can’t help with tours, but will order a taxi/tuk tuk on request. Maybe not 5 star, but overall is reasonable value for money.

Breakfast really bad quality and poor

This is a nice hotel with helpful staff in a good location. Sizeable twin room. Nice rooftop pool with a reasonably priced restaurant underneath. Breakfast was served to your table rather than a buffet but had a fairly good choice. Very reasonable price and the place grew on us.

I have the feeling hotel rooms these days are designed by people who don't actually use hotels. Very stylish industrial chic - but I don't want a glass door to the bathroom so everyone can see when I am on the toilet. Especially I don't want an external glass wall to the bathroom even if partially frosted so whoever is in the building opposite can see me in the shower. It would be nice to have hangers for towels - and a bed base that didn't protrude from the mattress so you kept bashing your knees on it. Please designers - style is ok but there must be practicality.

The hotel's location was absolutely ideal. It’s conveniently situated near several attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby, giving you a wide array of dining options just steps away from your room. One of my favorite features of the hotel was the rooftop terrace. Despite the warm Cambodian weather, it was surprisingly cool and inviting. It became my go-to spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The atmosphere was serene, and I truly enjoyed relaxing there. Another highlight of my stay was how peaceful the hotel was. For someone like me, who is quite sensitive to noise, it was a relief to find that I couldn’t hear the sounds of traffic from the streets below. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages! The hotel staff was also exemplary. They were warm, welcoming, and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. I appreciated their attentive service; even though check-in was officially at 3 PM, they graciously accommodated us at 2 PM, which was a lovely gesture. After checking out, they even offered to store our luggage safely since our flight was later in the evening. This meant we could explore the area without worrying about our bags!

Honestly, I have no negatives to share about my experience.
