The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of hot choices that changed daily and fruits. Centrally located, it was easy to grab a tuktuk without waiting, or walk to many sites in Phnom Penh.

We needed to be moved from our first room as the key card light switch was malfunctioning, and the wetroom style bathroom had standing water as it did not drain completely. There were large patches of mold on the tiles. That said, the staff were very attentive and moved us immediately. The room we were moved to was clean and functioned well, although the beds were *very* hard.

Very good hotel..Superb breakfasts & i actually like this location alot nearby to many central activities & excellent markets, surrounding Cafe's, restaurants..Staff are lovely people here including frontdoor, reception,coffee shop, restaurant (top service for breakfasts), & my balcony room was cleaned whenever i was ready & housekeeping are at your service during day time Just to add that the hotel has a Therapy massage muscular salon with small gym & friendly staff here as well, & i can recommend

The room is huge. The balcony is a nice addition to see the buz of the city from above. Very clean and the bed is super comfy. Wouldn't change anything (but the fridge). Very nice staff and they all speak good English.

The fridge door was bent, so it didn't close well. Of course it had a huge ice block inside and outside it was burning hot. Also it being places inside a closet, doesn't really help for the ventilation. We took it to the bathroom and let it melt. That helped a little, but really recommend not to use this fridge anymore, a huge fire hazard.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic.!. The staff was very professional, always a smile and very polite, from management to cleaning staff. The spa and fitness center. We're very clean. And professional. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The doorman provided extra security and I felt totally comfortable there. He was very prompt and his ability to get a taxit was incredible.. I highly recommend this place to my friends and I will be returning again. Everything it claimed through your agency they provided. There was no flaw.

Everything was just perfect! We had a good breakfast, the massage was different than usual but oke, the rooms were big and clean, shower was strong and had a good temperature. The people were so nice and helpfull! If i ever come back, i am for sure booking this Hotel!

The gym was a little outdated, but we were happy that there was a "gym" for some workouts. For example, i did lunges with a 7 and 8kg dumbell bcs i did not saw two dumbbels with the same KG. Totally not a big deal bcs i dont think people often use the gym.

The place is older but classic and extremely well managed. It’s a great location - walking easy to Central market or tuk tuk to night market and riverside and palace. There’s pedestrian crossings nearby which we found very helpful for getting across the road. Massage for 1 hour only $8 USD in house too. Laundry $3USD. Having a fridge was great also. Breakfast was excellent too - varied and multiple options smorgasbord style with fresh eggs cooked for you

You could hear upstairs moving chairs etc sometimes.

Location of hotel is very good and is very near to city market . Breakfast was exceptionally fantastic. I enjoyed staying in this hotel for 7 days. Staff was exceptionally good. In my next visit I will stay in this hotel only and also i will recommend this hotel to all my contacts. Thanks.

I suggest to management to keep a TIP box in the Restaurant as the staff was taking care of guests needs.

The property is very conveniently placed snd is a solid / reliable choice for staying in the city - great breakfast and don't miss the in-house massage facilities. A lovely bar in the hotel where I had the best freshly made carrot juice and the thing that stood out more than anything? very friendly and competent staff - at the reception, door, cleaning etc. I felt very safe and looked after staying there.

A very clean, spacious and comfortable room with large enough suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the city. Very clean, hot water available at all times. An excellent breakfast included in the price. A variety of Asian dishes and eggs cooked on request. Check in and check out both conducted efficiently and staff consistently pleasant. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phnom Penh.
