too far away from nightlife

The price was very affordable. The room was clean and in good condition. Good AC, nice functional bathroom. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station and close to inter-city bus station. Central market is 2 min away. Also there are a mall and other supermarkets nearby. I staid here twice and had no issues.

The area is a little noisy, I had to use earplugs. Across the street there is a very busy place. Could be an supplier market not really sure.

My initial view was that the hotel was in a poor location however it turned out to be ok, the locals are very friendly and helpful. The area is pretty busy with wagons being loaded up for deliveries so it can be a bit "bustling" during the day and late evening. The location is adjacent to the Central Market which is handy for food and currency exchange and there are loads of Tuk Tuks adjacent including one which i think is owned by the hotel. There is a 24hr store next door to the hotel and a laundry just 40 metres away which we used often. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not much to be honest but would have liked an outside area for sun beds or maybe a rooftop area.

The hotel was pretty much as advertised. It was clean, had decent wifi and was in a good location.

The environment of the hotel, good location, cleanliness and staff is very good, closed to Central Market and Halal Restaurant, mamak restaurant, cafe malaya. it is only a walking distance , easy to get tut-tut, easy to shopping many types of cheap local fruit and raw food, fish, prawn, dried salty fish, etc. The area is safe for walking and get around . The people inside the psar thmey(central market) is very easy going, can manage to get discount when buying goods and try to nego ..maybe half price of the good(cloths and souvenir) if you able to communicate with respect and know them well become friend after a few buying with same people. To whom which like jewellery and original natural stone like opal ,ruby,etc you can get from Ms Pahima inside the central market, she can give you very good price...she can talk malay..easy to chit chat..the only women who wear muslimah tudung.

busy area, some area is consider messy and smelly of the waste things especially near psar thmey, maybe not to use the messy area find the other alternatives way

24 hour reception - very welcome because our bus reached Phnom Penh at 4am Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and hotel was often being carefully cleaned/maintained in public areas. Safe boxes provided that you often don't get in other budget accommodation. Wish you would open a few in Vietnam! We would definitely have booked them as we felt we had found our comfort level.

Air conditioning facing directly to head of bed in twin room. I don't like Aircon at night so let my friend take that bed as she does but even she struggled with it. The remote didn't work and she had to keep getting out of bed to turn it on or off. They did check the remote for us and it seemed to work but stopped again as soon as he left the room. Full marks for quick attendance to our complaint though (literally a minute after we informed them!). We didn't make a further complaint because we didn't want to be wasting time. Plus it was good exercise. :D

central location opposite central market. easy to get to and from airport as around the corner from bus stop number 3.

Plus: --- English-speaking, polite, reception staff. --- A big room with spacious en-suite bathroom --- mains shower, not electric. --- elevator (!) --- on-street, but dedicated parking, right outside the hotel. --- very kind, helpful, English-speaking chambermaid.

Minus: --- the hotel really should have a hairdrier. Maybe not one per room, but at least one at a reception. --- cleanliness: i'm nearly bald, and my partner is blonde; so neither of us could have possibly contributed long black hairs found on floors and the table. --- the promotiinal pictures are misleading: the main one does not show Zing in Phonm Penh - it may be a Zing in another city.

I read the reviews,I saw how some customers said it was bad,,I just think they were tired and jetlagged it's lovely here beautiful staff great location,the beds divine,the tv works the shower is hot and it's spotless here lovely people beautiful hotel well worth the money ,I'm sorry I didn't come earlier I wasted money in a place twice the price with less good service and an awful shower no balcony it's very lovely here,I've extended my stay

Great location and a safe hotel. The price point is very reasonable and a good value for the money. I would stay here again when in Phnom Penh.

Wish they had a pool but you cant get everything!
