Clean, central located ***hotel. Rooms very clean and basicl. Lots of closets. Big bathroom. Non smoking hotel. (I had to change the room because of the old, ugly smoking smell.) No restaurant, no bar. Lobby very basic. Very good place to stay. Value for money. Recommended.

Breakfast bery basic. No butter on 3 mornings! Internet connections broken 3 days!!!

The room is huge. The balcony is a nice addition to see the buz of the city from above. Very clean and the bed is super comfy. Wouldn't change anything (but the fridge). Very nice staff and they all speak good English

The 'do not disturb' things are a button that you press that lights up outside of the room - however, once the keycard is removed, the lights go out, so we didn't want room service but our room was made up regardless

Although we were expecting interconnecting room, having both rooms next to each other are fine enough. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, although not a pleasant view. Only roof tops. Good location. Just walking distance to Royal Palace, Riverside area, Museum, Central Market. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Being a 4-star hotel, I guess, it was neat and tidy with spacious rooms that made my 3N stay very comfortable apart from the hospitable front office staff who assisted me in getting about with ease.

The hotel is located in a business city predominantly occupied by the Chinese populace. Hence I found Muslim-friendly restaurants wanting in the precincts of the hotel. Thus the location was rather unkind in so far as the food.

The room was big and clean. and complementary tea and coffee. comfortable. and comfortable pillows. Centrally located, modern , clean. Friendly staff . Good value. Would stay here again. The breakfast option was a bit limited . Nevertheless, it was sufficient.

A great short stay hotel right in the middle of the city. centralized location, friendly staff, comfy bed, good air-conditioning and of breakfast good. I definitely feel comfortable and cozy in this hotel and will return again during my next visit to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

I arrived very early in the morning and they allowed me to put my luggage in the lobby at 5 15 am until check in that afternoon. Breakfast has both Asian and Western choices.

The white bath towels were frayed and stained. No face cloth or hand towel provided.

Very comfortable hotel close to Riverside situated on the main street. Staff was very helpful and always greeting. Breakfast was beyond my expectations - a lot of different food, that will please anybody for sure. Great value offer combination.

The shower was leaking, but I think it's fixable easily.

We had a wonderful stay New York Hotel in Phnom Penh. One stop hotel stay, we get everything, within a short distant to shopping center, restaurants, bar, and other major attractions. We definitely come back again to stay HERE!!!
