This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in our last day in Phnom penh. Beautiful views day and night from the balcony of the room , clean and hygiene, fresh air, close to the river, love morning exercise walk along by the river to the Royal Palace. M9 Kirirom Hotel also has it own restaurant and Mini Mart as well. Very convenient and close to everything. The facilities are great ,including the lovely rooftop bar views the city and river by night and day. The bed is super comfortable. Closely to the boat River tour. We would highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and helpful and the rooms are so spacious and comfortable M9 Kirirom Restaurant Food also very nice, M9 Kirirom Mini Mart price also very convenient too. Love it. We will come again after province .

Stayed here only 2 nights, although it was very enjoyable. The hotel is relatively new and very modern which had pitched ceilings and windows and afforded beautiful views of the Mekong River and city. The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked beautifully. All the staffs were friendly and lovely. It serves good and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has Mini Mart. The location is great, with many dining options on the street and easy walking distance to everything to Night Market, Mekong River, Royal Palace, etc.

Did not have breakfast the whole place was excellent throughout and the staff could not be faulted.

The spacious room, excellent shower, fantastic view.well thought out lighting and inclusions.will be even better when the hotel is completed.

The building is not yet complete and work started early and kept going all day. There was significant noise in the corridor in the evenings some extra soundproofing may be required. There is no available footpath on that side of the street and coming too and fro was hazardous for an old man like me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the manager, Erich, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Thira, the receptionist, was equally impressive—her friendly and attentive demeanor, coupled with a constant smile, truly enhanced the experience. The customer service throughout my stay was outstanding. The room itself was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with how spotless the bathroom was—it was clear that cleanliness is a priority here. The balcony offered a lovely view, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. It was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic blend of excellent service, comfort, and great food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They have a small restaurant and convenience store on site. The room had A/C and the bedsheets and bathroom were pristine. The room had a balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table, with a view over the river, which was quite pleasant and relaxing. Toiletries and towels are provided. The room was very comfortable and overall made for a very pleasant and restful stay. There is a very good co-working café just across the street as well and plenty of services in the neighbourhood.

Considering the price range, the room was a bit small, but very comfortable and worthwhile nonetheless.

We spent a month travelling round Cambodia and stayed here for two nights at the start, end and middle of our stay. Six nights in total in three different rooms. The hotel reception, breakfast room and convenience store are through one entrance, to access the rooms you exit and walk into another entrance. The hotel has rooms within an apartment block where people live. All our rooms had a balcony overlooking the river. We had an upgrade for our first stay giving us more space. The room is accurately pictured and they were very clean. Hot water available at all times. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. The hotel stored our travel clothes which was very helpful. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. Quiet at night. The shop was very useful.

In our last room the door to the shower let water out into the room. Otherwise fine

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Mini mart nextdoor was very convenient (part of hotel). Great location for river, bus and train station. Ten minute tuk tuk to main bar area. Balcony view of the Mekong was cool!

Hotel had an empty feeling but it is new and out of season. There was a small of construction ongoing around us. The walk to the centre had no easy to walk pavements.

Great staff, great location next to the night market and the room was everything as described. Very clean and all the toiletries you need for your stay. 100% would book again if I came back to Phnom Penh! Thanks very much
