Hotel Oasis was a last minute booking and ended up being one of our favourite places we have stayed so far. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms with a beautiful courtyard and pool. Excellent value for the price and the best part was our wonderful hosts Ricardo and Maria. They were incredibly kind and helpful.

Simple & easy place to stay on our travel to Michoacán

The beds where not really comfortable, they didn't clean the room, but everything was fine !

The people who ran this hotel were wonderful it was clean bedding was clean but it’s a older facility nice pool close to all activities

I didn’t like the cracks in the walls and bugs in the corners

There was no internet.

Old.hotel, dead roaches, recently fumigation and you could smell the chemicals in the pillows, they just fumigation and don't remove the pillows etc..then you are inhaling chemicals in the pillows. Big roaches. Pool is smaller than picture but well cleaned

The staffing

They don't respect my reservation II asked for 1st floor rooms because I traveled with 3 seniors and they confirmed availability. When we arrived they switched 2 of the 3 rooms for the service room in the 2nd floor with a high stairs with a smelling restroom with our door they put a cheap courtain for cover,not hot water neitherTV , because the smell was bad we need to keep the windows open and a bee bites my dad. They offer me a free 3 days sfter jan 6 that obviously doesn't resolve the issue.
