The location of the hotel is stunning, just outside of the town (3 min. drive) the view is phenomenal! The breakfast was nice, but there weren't a lot of choices. We stayed in an amazing apartment for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel restaurant was also great, we had all of our diners there, the prices are also very good

Didn't like that the saunas and the jacuzzi are paid for, but the swimming pool is great after long day of hiking.

Very nice hotel. We've checked several hotels in the area that had pool and liked it most at this price range. You get free robes and towels for the pool/spa. Breakfast it great and the service in the restaurants was maybe the best I got in this whole region - the girls really took good care of us. They also have stationary binoculars in the restaurant terrace for a kids to play with. On my opinion this hotel is more than what you pay for and deserves at least 9 - thus my mark. Do take the room with the view - it is marvelous and you can sit in the window with a cup of tea and enjoy it. There is free poll and table tennis in the conference room seems no one knows about ;) There is also children playground and even rabbits cage for smallest kids.

Located far from the village center - note that. Please check the photos and room size when booking - you get what you pay for. The linens may also be improved for the four star hotel. Overall the hotel feels like it would greatly benefit from renovations but not yet bad - the staff manages to keep things running and clean.

Calm location in the mountains. Great breakfast (we've checked several hotels in the arena). There were fruits, bakery, a choice of coffee and hot chocolate. There is some variety from day to day. We really liked the service in the restaurant. Good indoor heated pool with external terrace for sunbathing . You can order sauna/jacuzzi massages separately. You get a fridge, kettle in a room and a set of bathrobes & pool towels. Plus a view from the window.

Small bathroom/shower but the space went to the room itself which feels much bigger than you can expect. Hotel location is distant from the center you either need to walk allot or use a car. Or just stay in a pool and forget about the town.

Food was very good, great value for money, pool.was very clean, staff was mostly nice

Furniture was a bit older, bed was smaller and quite hard. Ond of the receptionists was bit arrogant ant that felt inappropriate, ski room doesnt have access from outside

The view from the hotel is amazing. The restaurant was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean everywhere and the pool is very nice. The playroom is great for kids. Breakfast had everything you could need and was constantly refilled

We were a family of 5. The room was big and comftable. The pool was very nice and also the play room. The staff were kind and helpfull. The views from the room were amaizing.

The room wasnt clean enough. There was dirt under the beds from previous guests.

The location is superb. A room with the mountain vies. Very comfy beds, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying here and shall return. We had a fantastic sleep with windows open throughout the night. Children enjoyed the view as well

Everything was great. But the 10 AM checkout is a bit early.

I appreciated the nice view at the mountains across, the restaurant atmosphere and the facilities including the congress hall and the swimming pool.

Even though ear plugs are provided (along with other things like towels, bath robes, etc.), the rooms aren't very sound proof. People don't have to necessarily stomp or talk loudly in the hallways, yet it feels like they're standing next to you.

Beautiful view from our room, pleasant staff at the reception and restaurant.

The only thing - thin walls, you can hear even conversations from another room. But this didn't really take away from our lovely experience.
