The vibe is very peaceful and relaxed, it's a pretty location with plenty of amenities on site (museum, park, shops, restaurant) The room was comfortable and the staff were super friendly and obliging. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty - delicious bread and coffee! We also enjoyed our meals and Polish wine in the elegant restaurant. The location is not far from the national park, mountains and the lovely resort of Karpacz. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, many thanks!

Incredible place with the Palace itself and surrounding buildings and shops. Very large room and bathroom. Clean. Very quiet. Thanks to the thick walls it was surprisingly cool in the room despite outside temperatures above 25 deg. C. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with very nice terrace to dine outside. Breakfast in the Palace on the first floor every day until 10:30. Parking no problem.
Beds were a bit too soft (that is personally), but certainly not worn out.

The grand country house / palace is in magnificent grounds - perhaps for walking in readiness for the meals. The staff mostly speak good English and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant is very very good, with regional items and best of all the breakfast is top notch - memorable. Linen and towels were OK.
The room we were given for the first night was small with 2 single beds. The second night we moved to a suite which was excellent. The staff facilitated the move with minimum fuss. There is no aircon or lift.

The hotel is divided between several buildings so be ready to walk or drive between the reception and the building where your room is located. The staff is friendly and helpful, they managed to find a baby crib before the night after our arrival. Rooms are spacious (larger than in a typical hotel) and well designed. The restaurant impressed us with tasty dishes, the chef is a magician!
We had to pay on check out an additional 100 zl for the baby crib which was requested during booking the hotel. Not a big deal but we thought it's included in the room price like in any other hotel.

The hotel is a charming building offering good food and the breakfast is very good, except the coffee. However we had a room in a separate building modernised and with a small garden. It was ideal for us as a group. The grounds are very large and beautiful.

Location, the interior design of the manor house and the rooms. My greatest appreciation for the owners for all the efforts to make this precious gem shine.
The breakfast could have been richer in fruits, coffee was dull. The personal expects the guests to greet first. The atmosphere at the breakfast reminded me of a monastery.

Really enjoyed the surroundings. There are nature paths around the hotel with variety of wildlife. Quiet and peaceful location. The food was also very good and excellent value
