The room was large, the room itself and all the linens were clean, and the bed comfortable--all the musts for a comfortable stay. Everything that mattered met expectations.

There were no deal breakers whatsoever, but those who are looking for a truly luxury stay, or who need the following, may find fault with the lack of a fridge, small cosmetic imperfections like chipped and damaged paint in the bathroom or loose/wobbly fixtures. The tile in the shower bed was also installed incorrectly such that water pooled in one half of the shower and never drained.

It’s a good upmarket hotel with all necessary facilities and some comfort too

I have a feedback about the bathroom. There was just a fixed ceiling shower and I felt that a lot of water was being wasted because there is just one control mechanism. It would much easy on the resources to have a hand shower or even a tap on the wall. It made me downgrade the hotel.

Always like staying here. Modern and clean hotel. Perfect location with amazing restaurants at a short walking distance. Beautiful views. Toilet seat cover this time around was loose and staff didn’t get to fix it while I was there so it was a bit annoying; but all-up I like this hotel enough that I would go back regardless.

We recently opened a new manufacturing plant in Queretaro. I am typically working at this plant a couple times per month. Throughout the process of opening up this new business I have stayed at several hotels, which includes boutique hotels in downtown Queretaro. I now only stay at this property and the main reason is because of their General Manager, Eduardo. Eduardo is amazing and he gets it... Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon.

It would be nice to have someone at the outdoor bar to make drinks during happy hour. I want to thank their entire staff for making me feel at home when I am working at the hotel. Thank you!

The room had a terrible sewerage smell coming from the shower or floor drain in the bathroom. was so bad I couldn't get away from it. - I'm guessing poor design in the drainage system but not sure. - pretty terrible though.

The service at the breakfast is amazing i always dtay there everytime i go to monterrey i love the hotel and the people

They need better communication with the parking lot people that really sucks that alot of the times the ticket doesn’t work and i lost alot of time waiting for help

Great location with plenty of restaurants and close to most touristic places in Monterrey.

Bar closes too early and parking can be a pain. There’s no way exclusive hotel parking so you have to park in the shopping mall car park which gets really busy during the day.

The shower!!! I loved it. It was very clean, the room was cleaned early, the location, the parking everything was very nice.

One one the ladies in the front desk was not nice, but the rest of the people were helpful and friendly.

Great central location, quiet inside the room, beautiful well appointed rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, parking at the mall next to the hotel was validated by the hotel and easy to use (you can come and go as you please).

No real complaints, a lovely hotel and stay!

This hotel is beautiful, great access to the mall, great restaurants, and bars. It has a amazing views of the city. The staff was so attentive and just an over all great experience.
