Hotels was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. Air conditioner worked great. Lady who checked us in Saturday evening was very nice and friendly.

Room smelled a little funny, like maybe a dog had stay there before. Smell wasn’t really strong, just very noticeable when you first walked in the room. Toilet paper holder was missing the end piece that should have screwed on to keep the toilet paper on, so the toilet paper kept falling off, which was a little irritating.

Outside of the floor being a little dirty it was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool was down for maintenance for the weekend. Seems like a common thing with hotels so they don't have to deal with it but can still advertise they have one. We'll see in a couple of weeks if it's still down after being told only a couple of days.

I liked the fact the hotel was very accommodating especially because I was there for my son's wedding and at the last minute my daughter-in-law didn't have a place to get ready. I had 13 girls in my room and the hotel was so gracious about it. I will always stay here every time I come to visit and need a place :-) thank you again everyone!

When you walk into the property, you get a very friendly warm welcoming feeling. It is very convenient right off of 395. The staff is super friendly and super helpful.

I cannot say that there is nothing that I disliked. Everything was great.

Very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. The only issue was shower never got hot enough, but overall great for the price

The company charged my credit card $200 and told me it was incidental and the charge would come off after I left. It would have been nice to explain this before you did it; what if I didn't have it? Do better next time, and why $200

Even though it was right off the highway it wasn’t most at all.

The bed made noise when you got in and out and when you rolled over but other then that it was great

It’s pretty with the green ivy plant that grows all up and around the lobby, and the staff was pleasant and helpful

No hot water for shower, just slightly warm

Bathroom door didn't lock, Bath tub faucet leaked, dripping all the time, towels and bedding had stains.

Very clean, very accommodating for extending my stay, very close to Highway and the casino Mohegan, not too bad of a ride at all.

Balconies but that is really really like just a extra, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

It was a little overpriced for one night and the breakfast option was limited. However the hotel was very clean, nice rooms and bathroom and I slept comfortably.
