The best place we stayed at on our whole trip to New England. Super clean, pleasant staff, affordable, and overall a very enjoyable experience. It was easy to see that the owners take pride in their motel. Highly recommend.

The rooms appear to be recently updated and include all the normal amenities of chain hotels. Room were clean, and the hot water was awsome!! The property is well maintained and outside is very clean!!

Being on a major thoroughfare, you will have to deal with a lot of traffic noise; at least if you stay on the front side of the property, which I was in room 101 (end unit). Being on the back side may provide for better noise abatement as your room will not be totally exposed to the road. Also, the cleaning product and/or odor emitter they have in the rooms was a little much on the nose senses.

Everything. The room was comfortable, clean, and had Everything we needed.

I can't say I didn't like anything.

What I liked most was that it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there are restaurants and stores nearby. The owner checked me in and he was so friendly-very welcoming. The staff was great. We also had a couple of nice meals at area restaurants. It is not a fancy/high-end place but the level of cleanliness and comfort was wonderful. We would stay there again.

The microwave was a bit small and old. There weren't a lot of "extras" like mouthwash or bath gel, shampoo, lotion etc. There were a couple of small bars of soap and a packet of shampoo. We didn't care because we always bring our own, but I imagine some travelers would not be happy about this.

Good location. Stayed in backside of motel away from main road. Very quite.

No breakfast. However was not a big issue as Dunkin is 900 feet away and McDonalds was about the same distance. Although we did not try them this stay there are other good breakfast spots in Brooklyn and the World Famous Zips Diner in Dayville is about ten minutes away.

We spent 2 weeks at this Inn, the owner is exceptional! The room was super clean! Our housekeeping person, Lisa,was so sweet, friendly and accommodating. This is a family run business that goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy! We had a king bed, with refrigerator and microwave. There is also a desk area. Brooklyn, CT is a small town with everything you need in a very short drive. Dunkin donuts, Walmart (the best Wal-Mart I have ever been in) McDonald's, a nice restaurant and many more things with just a 3 minute drive!! I would stay at this location again and again!

The only recommendation I would make would be a suction grab bar for bathtub/shower for the elderly. An anti-slip bath mat for inside the tub. This is based on my husband's age and agility. Those items should only be made available when requested. Just a suggestion 😁

The facility and grounds are always immaculate. The owner is very friendly and helpful and takes pride in his business. He is always updating the rooms and grounds . All of his employees are very friendly and helpful too. We stay here every time we visit the Brooklyn Woodstock Ct. area, going on 10 year's. We never look any place else. It’s always extremely quiet too !

My room was very quiet and clean. This is my second stay at this property because I visit my daughter in Connecticut and it was excellent once again.

This is a very minor complaint, but the bathtub plug didn’t work so I could only take a shower, but that’s just me. And the water temperature is delightful so I really can’t complain about only taking a shower .

The place was very quiet and very clean. I wouldn't have known other guests were there, save for the other cars in the lot. The couple who runs the place is as sweet as can be and they clearly care about what they do. They had a detailed sheet with information on everyone around that you might need, which was very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel or the staff, merely the location it is in. UberEats is not a good option out there. If you want restaurant food, your best bet is to pick it up or eat at a restaurant, as the delivery fees out there, for what few restaurants deliver through UberEats, are $10-25, on top of the inflated food prices and other fees that Uber charges. I'm used to the suburbs, this area is a lot more rural than I'm used to staying.

Nice property. Our room was on the back side with no road noise. Well lit entrance. Room was comfortable. Microwave and a quiet fridge. Good light blocking drapes. Poor cell phone access but good wifi. They have a sheet of businesses close by. Clean. I liked parking right in front of the door.

Can't think of anything
