Love how you the floor wasn't carpet love it

Didn't like that I couldn't even I had no air conditioner and it's like one little thing of shampoo and I asked her for extra to counter and she says well the check your room first and then you know and I'm like okay and there wasn't enough towels when she know that in advance that we were going to have two people there and there wasn't enough talent and we didn't have time to be waiting in so but you know I don't know who does that but yeah

The staff was very friendly and I did not have any disturbances or interruptions. They were accommodating to me when I wanted to add an additional day. The room had a good layout that suited my needs.

Some of the furnishings were a bit run down. The faucet in the tub didn't quite fit the spigot it was on. Adding a pair of sheer curtains in addition to the room darkening ones would have given a sense of privacy while still letting natural light in, and a few extra pillows would have made the bed a bit more inviting.

It was out of my expectation!🙌the room is extremely clean and the air conditioner is functioning very well: it’s cool inside and the room is big and the bed is king size. What’s more, the equipments sufficed: television, microwave, and even the little refrigerator inside a room.👍🏻No bug, no spider, no ants, no dirt on bed. I was pretty worried because I read a few comments saying the issues about cleanliness. But when I pointed out my concerns, the front desk generously let me check the room. Very satisfied!😄 Will come back and recommend to my friends when they have vacations nearby.

The location was nice. Not too far from the beach. It was very clean.

The fact that the towels were outside the bathroom instead of inside. They should put shelves near the toilet for them. They should offer some kind of breakfast like fruit or muffins.

The jacuzzi in room was a great addition , Bluetooth and and lightning were a great touch , a little pricey for one night stay but overall did like the room

Pricey, not windows open so if the jacuzzi is running the room fills with steam and becomes uncomfortable if venting system or window would open it would eliminate that problem

First time here. Great place in West Greenwich to get away for a few days from the city. Nice, comfy and secluded. Had the room with the jacuzzi. So relaxing and romantic. They have Beautiful Lights In The Room . Vidi at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Very Clean Room With Nice Decor had Alexa In the room also. Love this place! Very spacious, the hot tub was awesome, and the grounds are great. Will Definitely Visit Again.....

Everything was good but price is too high.

Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors. You can't turn off the eco mode on the air conditioner and it turned on and off all night.

For small town motel it's a surprise. The manager/housekeeping/do it was friendly gal who knows attention to detail. Rooms were very clean and obviously taken care of. Very satisfied.Clean modest rooms, owners are very attentive to your needs, and they cater to what you want. Very helpful and courteous. the rooms aren't comparable to higher end chain hotels but neither is the price.

I really enjoyed that I could cut myself off from the world for a few days with no interruptions. The room was spacious, and there were enough furnishings to suit my needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I got very good sleep. The space was also exceptionally clean and private.

There were a couple of cosmetic things that appeared to be in progress in the room I stayed - emphasis on "in progress" so it likely will be dealt with before the next person stays in the room. For example, there were a couple of spots on the wall that had been spackled/patched but not completely fixed. The carpet appeared to have been recently shampooed and I could feel it on my feet a little bit.

We Loved The Hot Tub. Room Was Clean And It Was Quiet. Staff Was Excellent! Room Had A Nice Décor Plus They Do Take A Deposit For The Room Which Is Refunded At The Time Of Check Out. The Deposit Is Not To Smoke In The Room. At The Time Of Check Inn They Let You Know The Rules. So We Just Smoked Out Side The Room. So That When People Who Never Smoked Goes In The Room Have No Problem. I Will Always Stay At The Classic Motor Lodge Because Best Hot Tub In Rhode Island.
