Service offers of food, pool, gym are great. I chose to have restaurant make an evening meal for me and I went down to pick it up. I could have had room service deliver it but going to get it was no problem. I also could have chosen to eat in the restaurant area. Breakfast was great as well. I ate in restaurant and ordered a "special" they were having. I received a 10% off coupon and used it.

The corners of the bathtub and floor area had some brown spots. It could have been cleaner. It was visible every time you entered the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean, but it looked as if they were doing some wallboard repair or replacement in the hallways of my floor.

Just 3 minutes away from foxwoods casino. staff was very friendly, they had a bar, food, pool, etc. rooms were very nice and clean! when I got back from the casino the heater in my room wasn't working. I called the front desk and the lady that picked up said she'll be right up. she got there I no time, saw the heater wasn't working and took out 2 cards to the room next door. it was 4am and obviously repairs weren't going to be done at that time but things happen. wasn't their fault but I really liked how fast appropriately that handled the situation. would definitely recommend staying there.

There was nothing I didn't like. Really enjoyed my stay.

Distance to Casino was perfect!! The staff was extremely friendly! The room was just off to the side of the main lobby and mechanical room and you can hear pretty much everything. The bed was quite uncomfortable and hard. Besides that, the room was quite spacious and the breakfast was great. The whirlpool tub took a really long time to fill but it was comfortable and warm. The room was fairly clean with the exception of the sofa having white stains on them so we refrained from using it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Location was great. Very close to the casino and convenient. The fact that I was able to get a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch was amazing. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in.

Breakfast was not good. $20 foreggs, bacon, sausage and homefries. Plus bagels/toast annd cheap donuts. Eggs tasted like they were out of a box.) Which they probably were, but should not taste like it. Bacon was horrible…very salty and tasted old. Not worth $20 in my opinion.

First impressions. Woman at desk was distracted by a wedding party's kids running all over the place, wreaking havoc. She shouldn't have had to deal with that, but pay attention to us at that moment. I understand, but you gotta hold their parents responsible. Bed Sheets were clean and freshly starched? Or at least smelled like it. Bathroom very clean except for the exhaust vent which looked a little moldy. Breakfast was great. Had ala carte. Waitress very nice and helpful.

See above about br exhaust vent. Also, $3.50 for a bottle of water, really? I drink faucet water anyway. Children at wedding should've been supervised by a family member. You should insist on that when people are booking such an event so as not to affect other guests. I know this is difficult!

Room was BIG! We had a standard room with 2 queen beds on the 4th floor ..room was big with high ceilings....very spacious! The hotel was very clean. Food was ok....bartender Jennifer was very nice! Location was GREAT! Just a 10 minute Uber ride to Foxwoods!

There was a weird smell i noticed immediately when entering the room...not a huge deal but I didn't complain as the hotel was sold out that night. Room was very clean!

Everything went well. The staff were pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Sharon at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Meredith in the restaurant in the evening was very outgoing and made our meal experience great. Angelo at the restaurant in the morning was just as great. The entire place was very clean and we had a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

My daughter and I came down for a dance competition at Foxwoods and stayed here for the night since she danced first thing in the morning. The location was perfect, it was easy to find and the staff was friendly. They had an issue with a guest flooding their room above the pool area so the pool was unfortunately closed but we had the option of using the pool at 2 other locations which I thought was great. We ended up just enjoying the hot tub.

Easy to get to. Very convenient location .Love they have a restaurant and bar . Water as you come in . Room was a good size . Staff was very friendly ,nice, helpful and accommodating.

The entrance sign could be more pronounced. The Hot Tub was not very hot. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. They did not enforce the quiet hour time . Children running up and down the halls. The buffet could have been better. But the staff was super nice !

Immaculately clean, comfortable and updated. Lobby was inviting and cozy with a firepit in a screened in sitting area and cute bar/restaurant area. Staff was friendly, warm, and helpful. They were eager to provide customer service and ensure that your stay was comfortable.
