Proximity to everything and very accommodating for a family of 6 with grandma

I felt bad there wasn't enough service in terms of employees. The cleaning team was also responsible for the laundry at one point there was 1 person manning the desk for check In and any issues that arised. In our case the elevator was down which I understood was the priority but several times I found myself waiting for the lone employee to come back to the desk. When we also arrived there was no sheets for the pull out available so we had to go ask the front for sheets. And I know I wasn't the only guest it happened too. It was just a little inconvenient.

Our room was quite large. 2 queen/full beds, and a sofa bed, with lots of space in between each. The bathroom was spacious as well. The beds were very comfortable and didn't make any noise with squeaks or rough sheets. It was quiet and dark at night, even though we were next to the parking lot. Great location; walked to the shops and the movie theatre.

The pool was only open until 8 pm so we didnt get to use it. Wish it was open later. Breakfast closed at 9:30 am; wish it was open at least a half hour more. Wished there was more breakfast options. Was glad to have free breakfast, but would have been nice with more options.

Hotel location was close to everything and had a beautiful view and was a short walk to the old mystic village. Room was cleaned daily during our stay and had plenty of towels and linens for our family of 5. Hot breakfast offered with eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.

Dolphin fountain wasn't working but was nice to see. Wish they had cash options for buying snacks and drinks on site. The ice maker wasn't working during our stay, so we had to spend money on ice.

The location is very convenient, and in close proximity to all of the great tourist spots of Mystic. The room was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of outlets and USB ports, lighting options, and all Dove brand products in the bathroom. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and there’s a blackout window blind that can be brought down to have it perfectly dark.

The elevator desperately needed maintainence, as it would close abnormally quickly and not detect if a person is standing in the doorway, nearly closing on them. Location wise, the winding hill you take to get on/off of the property is rather nerve wracking and dangerous feeling when trying to get onto the road.

The pool was awesome. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. very comfortable. loved all the dove products. will definitely stay in a holiday again.

The night staff allowed me to get a milk for my coffee out of the breakfast room as I am allergic to the creamers at the coffee station. in the afternoon at 1 pm. the women at the front desk yelled at me and was very rude when I went and got a milk and I explained my allergy and the man at telling me I could get a milk. And she said she didn't care and she would speak to him because it was not ok for me to get a milk for my coffee and there is cameras . Well if there is cameras they would see me strictly get a milk for my coffee.

The rooms were clean and spacious , location was super close to everything (5mints to the bridge ) and 2 mints to the aquarium and the village . Breakfast included …choices can be better ( cream cheese , veggies ) Was glad to find a coffee machine in the room plus an all day coffee by the reception Parking was plenty Checking in and out was smooth and pleasant Room was cleaned everyday

Pool was heavily chlorinated and gloomy at night Breakfast was carb loaded , fresh veggie and cheese options will be a great addition

Staff wasnt overly helpfull. They were full so they ran my card, however no one stated there was an additional $100 charge, they called to say they were running my card and it didnt work, then ran it when i was on the phone and it went through, but when i got there they told me i had to reswipe and pay the extra $100. I didnt have that in my card... so i had to have my husband put it on his card, which caused a rift between us, so a nice fathers day getaway turned into an argument. I looked all over booking and it never stated the extra money, its on a piece of paper at the check in desk.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Mystic is one of our favorite places to stay and the hotel is very convenient for us to stay at. We love the Mystic Village shops which is right across the street.

Price could be a little cheaper. I wish they had a cross Walk at the bottom of the hill so it would be easier for people to cross the street if they wanted to walk to the Village shops.

The man that was working the front desk on Friday 10/27 for check ins was amazing. The pool area was perfect for my kids and the little outside patio was relaxing. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pancake maker. Room was really big, clean, and comfortable.

The hot tub wouldn’t get hot. The lady working front desk in the morning of 10/27 was just sitting in the lobby on her phone with her phone on speaker. So while trying to eat breakfast all you could hear was her conversation very loudly. Also the breakfast could use more hot options but maybe it rotates throughout the week.

The beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good (hot food also provided), and the location was close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Many reviews said they thought this place was dirty, but I didn’t get that impression in the rooms or lobby. Are there spots that are chipped or peeling? Sure but that’s every hotel and honestly most homes :)

The pillows weren’t very firm, the pull out sofa was uncomfortable(just sitting, not pulled out), the pool water was murky looking, and the pool was very small.
