We liked the location, plenty of things to do around the area. Also plenty of parking. Restaurants around the hotel in mystic were fantastic!

The people staying across from us were very loud early in the morning and late at night. The guy would talk right outside our door at 6-7 am. Not the hotels fault, just people lacking common courtesy. My only real problem was we ordered dessert one night and it was almost $40 for 2 pieces of cake and the chocolate cake was so tiny. We didn’t feel it was worth the money so next time we would just get dessert outside of the hotel.

The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was cheerful and helpful. The pool was fantastic and relaxing. Everything was clean, and our breakfast each day was awesome. We will definitely return for another getaway. I will absolutely share our great experience with family and friends.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Staff courteous and facilities clean.

The only negatives: - Got in shower, soaped my hair, went to use conditioner and container was empty. :( - I did ask for a room close to an elevator, which I received, however the view out of my window - the rooftop, right there, it was a less than appealing view - I kept the curtains closed.

Great for families. Service was wonderful from front desk to cleaning staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel lobby staff Went the extra mile, and after hearing about my negative experience with the on-site restaurant, had my meal comped.

Helmsman restaurant- excellent food but seemed understaffed. Took forever to get seated and served. Waited 20 minutes for the check.

we were informed the Restuarant would be open until 10:30, however when we arrived at 9:45pm others were seated and eating and we were informed it was no longer open. We had to eat in the bar area. Food choices limited and waited 25 min to order and 60 before we were served. While those at the bar arrived after us and were served their food 20 minutes before us. Waitress at bar was very rude.

Beautiful hotel. Modern, clean & lively. Great breakfast & dinner. Comfortable, spacious room.

We had a little trouble w/directions. Being right next to Highway ramp we took the 1st right instead of directing us to the "right" after tge HW exit ramp.

The room was noisy. Loud sounds when AC kicked on and noise from guests in the hallway.

Everything was perfect.The food was delicious.I like the fact I didn't have to go out eat somewhere else

Breakfast was great, the service was good, it took a little longer because there was a group for a wedding so it was kind of busy.

We were assigned a handicap room which was fine, except that there is no carpeting on the floor so it felt a little cold and not as cozy as if there had been carpeting. We understand the need for it but were surprised to be given this room.

the staff was polite and went above and beyond. they sent up 2 pieces of cheese cake for my wife cause it was her birthday that was very nice and made my wife happy. I didn't ask for it but was very happy with it
