very well decorated

had a hard time finding an outlet to plug in my phone next to the night stand. so I moved the bed away from the headboard and it wasn't vacuumed behind their. the chairs were a little soiled, needed spot cleaning. bathroom floor needed more sweeping. Toliet ran all night. But overall the place was clean. i slept good and it was quiet. so I guess overall it was a good place to stay. I will come back. location was close to stores. They asked for my ID when I paid with my credit card BUT they didn't ask the other guests who were a lighter complexion for ID.

Lisa who registered us was beyond extraordinary, not only was she so accommodating, she went above and beyond. My husband and I recently lost our only grandson of 16 mos, from what is known as sudden unexpected death, my grief was overflowing, Lisa was there for me in that moment, showing how special she is. Extremely friendly staff. Spacious room. Very comfortable. Loved the location as it was close to several attractions that I really enjoyed.

The coffee station could have been refilled with the room service, and two of the packages in the station were already open when I came into the room. The area aroind the fridge could have been vacuumed a bit. All easy fixes and not overly intrusive to my stay.

Location and price were my objective in booking. Both were what I expexted. Front staff were exceptional and even let me check in at 1:00. Requests for extra towels and sheets were given immediently.

Everything else was great! The staff was super helpful and very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the beds were absolutely awesome and there was a steady flow of coffee in the lobby in the morning with no wait once a pot was emptied. And for a reasonable price!!

Well, grab n go breakfasts are so not needed anymore. Those pastries are terrible, the yogurt isn't yogurt if you read the ingredients (chemical cocktails aren't doing anyone any good).Get back to real breakfast!! We all know now that this whole year and a half has been a lie (unless New England hasn't gotten the memo yet). Either way, nobody wants chemical laden frankenfoods for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location for us was great. Easy access to where we needed to get to and from. Plenty of parking even for larger vehicles. Ok for a sleep and shower.

It was just in need of updating. The musty smell was like carpets needed some attention. The breakfast effort was non-existent. Only coffee, hot water, water and a muffin offered.

The coffee was always nice and hot! And it tasted great! Thank you!

The mattress was too soft with little support, and it made my back hurt. Shower flow was minimal and very slow.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Reasonably priced. We stayed in a king suite. Staff was super friendly! I would recommend this for any stay!

Some minor things. Downstairs restrooms were not working. No elevator however the stairs were not too many. In the front entranceway,some of the sidewalk and tiles needed work. You can also tell the building is outdated. .
