The location and the fact the it had a restaurant, bar, and game room. I liked there was a foot bath in the pool area. I loved the balcony and view but nobody had cleaned the outdoor furniture.

No elevator though it was stated. I didn’t like that kids were throwing balls over the tables while people were eating outside and nobody told them to stop. Yes, the relaxed atmosphere was part of the appeal, but when I’m dodging plastic balls while trying to eat a relaxing meal was stressful. If the parents were not going to correct them, a manager should have said there is no ball-playing or running and screaming in the dining area. I wish there was a more direct way to get to the beach from the rooms. I wish there was a love seat instead of hard chairs. I wish it wasn’t a hassle for my sister to visit me during to parking. There’s an entire back lot. I think you could have allowed an extra pass for those who request it. If my husband had drove we would have had two spots…

Obviously, location! 2nd time here. Room with ocean view great. Pool was lovely. Restaurant good meals. Like dining outside.

No microwave in room. Some offering of muffins or bagels at coffee station would be awesome since restaurant not open for breakfast. I requested 1st floor. We had #146. Was suggested we park on side of building and use that entrance. Were not advised of stairs. Assumed none since 1stfloor. Guess entrance is actually basement level. There are stairs there then more stairs up to level of our room. If we used main entrance it was quite a long maze. Still would've had last set of stairs. Not fun with trouble walking and difficulty using stairs.

The private beach and heated pool were exceptional. The onsite restaurant and bar was terrific with outside dining available, which we took advantage of both nights! The room accommodations were comfortable and clean.

This may sound silly, but the toilet size in our room look funny compared to the sink and expensive tiles they used in the shower. It was a lower to the floor and for tall people a weird sit - lol. Other than that everything else was great!

The staff was amazing in the hotel and restaurant. The hotel was in a great location with beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The whole stay was great , the only down side was the flights of stairs with luggage. An elevator to the upper floors would make it easier. However the amazing view and hearing the ocean while sleeping more than made up for the stairs.

I love that it's right on the beach and very walkable to great restaurants and entertainment.

The only complaint I have is that my husband and I were placed in a room next to children who were very noisy at night and in the early mornings, and the walls are very thin.

Excellent location, nice to be right on the beach and the pool was great. We were traveling as a family so it was so much fun, lots of other families with kids there!

The room was great but you could see daylight to the outside from the entry door, so it was a bit noisy when others were outside the room (we had a pool view room).

Location was great directly on the beach parking was great right next to beach. Restaurant lunch time got take out perfect for beach and dinning was great indoors

There was no options for breakfast on the property i wish i knew so i could have packed breakfast items

The staff was fantastic . I especially liked your new bartender Marcus he was very professional and very nice to talk with. The view was beyond expe tations.

I wish you had breakfast even if it's like a small buffet.
